1.2.7 归芪蜂王浆
当归、黄芪、蜂王浆、蜂蜜、枸橼酸钠、苯甲酸钠。按《安徽省药品标准》制法规定制成淡黄色澄清液体，气芳香，味甜。具有益气补血的功能；用于精力减退，发育不良，气虚下陷，食欲不振，阳虚自汗，贫血体弱。
1.2.8 五虎散
当归、红花、防风、天南星（矾炙）、白芷五味药按《北京市药品标准》制法制规定成橘黄色至暗黄色的粉末，气微香，味微辛。具有活血散瘀，消肿止痛功能；用于跌打损伤、闪腰岔气，伤筋动骨，皮肤青肿，瘀血不散，红肿疼痛。El服用温黄酒或温开水送服；外用，用白酒调敷患处。
1.2.9 复方当归注射液
当归、川芎、红花三味药按《安徽省药品标准》《四川省药品标准》制法规定制成注射剂。具有活血止痛功效；用于急、慢性劳损，关节疼痛，外伤性截瘫，小儿麻痹后遗症。穴位或肌肉注射。
1.2.10 益智散
当归、鹿角霜、鱼鳔、黑芝麻、菖蒲五味药按《吉林省医院制剂规范》制法规定制成散剂。本品为灰白色粉末，气香，味腥微苦。具有益智疗瘫功能。用于大脑性瘫痪，智力不全，神情呆滞。
1.2.11 紫云膏
当归、紫草与基质按《陕西中医函授》处方制成软膏。具有活血凉血、消炎止痛、润肤生肌功能；用于局部炎症性红肿热痛；促进创伤愈合。外用，涂搽敷患处。
1.3 当归的临床应用
1.3.1 治疗痛经
用当归精油（藁本内酯）丸（为当归提取物制剂），于痛经期服用，3～7日为1疗程，总有效率76.79％，服药2小时后疼痛开始缓解。本药当归气味浓，少数患者服后有恶心、头晕副作用，停药后即消失。
1.3.2 治疗急性缺帆性脑中风
用25％当归注射液静脉点滴，20日为1疗程。有显著疗效。
