人类的环境分为内环境和外环境。内环境包括生理环境和心理环境；外环境包括自然环境和社会环境。
3．环境因素对健康的影响
（1）自然环境因素对健康的影响：体现在气候对健康影响、地形地质对健康的影响及自然环境因素失衡对健康的影响三方面。
（2）社会环境因素对健康的影响：包含社会经济、社会阶层、社会关系、文化因素、生活方式和卫生服务体系六大因素。
二、医院环境
1．医院环境的特点
（1）服务专业性：护士在提高医疗服务质量中起相对独立的作用，因此现代医院环境对其专业素质的要求也不断提高，要求其应具有全面的专业理论知识、熟练的操作能力和丰富的临床经验，科学的照顾患者的生活，提供专业的生活护理、精神护理、营养指导等服务，并在新技术、新专业不断发展的同时，进一步满足患者多方位的健康需求。
