Content Description

慢性非传染性疾病发病率近年来呈现“井喷”态势，根据2008年我国居民死因调查结果，慢性非传染性疾病占我国居民死因的85％，已成为严重威胁我国居民健康的主要危险因素。我国政府和各科研防治机构对此高度重视，积极从各方面开展防控工作探索。中国工程院于2013年5月3日，以“加强多学科、多领域、多层次交流，探索建立中国特色的慢性病防控体系”为主题，举办了第159场中国工程科技论坛，从心脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、慢阻肺、骨质疏松、精神疾病等常见多发的慢性病入手，就进一步促进“防”与“治”的紧密结合，推动慢性病防治工作的稳步有序开展，探索具有中国特色的慢性病防控新模式进行了学术交流和经验探讨。
论坛邀请了国内慢性病防治领域著名的专家学者，全面、系统地阐述了当前我国各种慢性非传染性疾病的防治现状、进展、挑战和趋势。现将与会的院士、领导和专家在论坛上的精彩观点整理成册，相信这些重要的观点和看法将会从理论、实践两个方面，为整合政府相关部门和机构、社会团体、企业、公益组织等社会各界力量，共同探索构建符合中国国情的慢性病防治体系发挥重要的指导作用，提供有益的借鉴。
