Content Description

《汪海门眼科临床经验》一书共分三章。第一章阐述学术思想，第二章阐述眼科临床经验。章下按西医病位将眼病分为十大类，每一类下按中医的病症命名，《汪海门眼科临床经验》共载眼科疾病40余种。每一类病症，既有西医症状上的描述，亦有病因病理的阐释。其论言简意赅。同时，又按中医理论，进行辨证分型以及辨证用药，且每一证型，附有案例参考。第三章阐述眼科常用方药。分为常用药物简介、常用成药简介、眼药原料部分炼制法等内容。《汪海门眼科临床经验》语言通俗简洁，论断精辟，疗法得当，是一本真正的中西医结合的范本，具有较高的学术价值和临床指导意义，可作为中、西医眼科执业者重要参考书。

Author Description

汪海门先生（1898～1978），鄂东著名眼科专家。自幼攻儒，国学根基较深。及长，目睹国家贫弱，民于水火，苦难重重，求医艰难，遂有志于医而专于眼科。行医50余载，毕生救治病人无数，不贪名利，不论贫富，使数以万计患者恢复光明，其功德可谓无量。因其一生倾力临床，无暇著书立说。建国后，政府特为之组织专家小组，整理其临床所得，为《汪海门眼科临床经验》。惜其为内印本，迄今三十年，几近失传。南东求，亦名南东球。湖北省浠水县人。现执教于黄冈职业技术学院，教授。从事中医基础理论教学30余年，授《医古文》《中国医学史》《黄帝内经选讲》《中医经典选讲》等课。业余坚持中医古代文献、中医史研究，发表论文60余篇，编著《资政史鉴？处世卷》、《血瘀论》、《黄冈名师录》等，整理校注《汪海门眼科临床经验》。

Book Abstract

（三）睫毛倒入兼眦帷赤烂者

倒睫经久不愈，常兼眦帷赤烂者，以其气血亏虚在先，邪气感染在后，故临床治法多以扶正与祛邪并举。

方药：

当归9克黄芪9克地肤子9克黄柏9克白蒺藜9克防风6克白芷6克苍术6克石膏15克滑石9克甘草3克桑叶6克

附注：

久患倒睫，气血已定者，当做手术治疗，方能获效。

注释：

[1]气虚：气：祖国医学认为其含义有二：一指体内流动着的精微营养物质，如元气、营气、卫气、水谷之气等，是构成人体和维持人体生命活动的基本物质之一；二指脏腑生理活动，主司呼吸，帅血运行，化行津液，温养皮肤肌腠等，如五脏之气、六腑之气、经脉之气等。故此，若从人体生理、病理角度而言，气可以概括人体脏腑组织各种不同的机能活动。气虚：是从病理角度而言，临床常指两种情况。一指“气少”、“元气虚弱”。多由于脏腑虚损、久病损耗元气所致。一般症状有面色6光白、头眩耳鸣、心悸短气、动则汗出、语声低微、倦怠乏力等。如气虚不能固摄血液，可使血不循经，发生崩漏、便血、衄血等慢性出血病症，称为“气虚不摄”。二指肺虚。如《素问·通评虚实论》：“气虚者，肺虚也。”

[2]阴虚：阴：祖国医学的阴阳学说，是古代朴素唯物、自发辩证的思维方法与医学实践相结合的基本理论。认为宇宙问一切事物和现象，都包含着阴与阳两个方面，正是这种阴、阳双方的变化，才促进了事物的发展。即以阴阳的对立与统一、消长与转化的观点，说明人与自然界的关系，并概括医学领域里的一系列问题。阴，是相对“阳”而提出的。阴阳规律，体现在多个方面。（1）解剖方面：归纳人体脏腑组织属性。如《灵枢·寿夭刚柔篇》：“是故内有阴阳，外亦有阴阳；在内者，五脏为阴，六腑为阳；在外者，筋骨为阴，皮肤为阳。”（2）生理方面：分析人体的生理功能．如《素问·生气通天论》：“阴者，藏精而起亟也；阳者，卫外而为固也。。”说明阴代表着物质的储藏，是阳气能量的来源；阳代表着机能活动，起着卫外而固守阴精的作用。（3）病理方面：阐明病理变化的基本规律。如《素问·阴阳应象大论》：“阴胜则阳病，阳胜则阴病；阳胜则热，阴胜则寒。”尚如《素问·调经论》：“阳虚则外寒，阴虚则内热；阳盛则外热，阴盛则内寒。”阴虚：属病理现象，指人体的阴液不足。临床上表现有“五心烦热”，或午后潮热，唇红口干，舌质嫩红或绛干无苔，大便燥结，小便黄短，脉细数等。（4）诊断方面：是对病症属性归类的总纲，把阳证与阴证作为总的鉴别要领。如《素问·阴阳应象大论》：“善诊者，察色按脉，先别阴阳。”（5）治疗方面：是确定泻其有余、补其不足、调整阴阳相对平衡的原则，如《素问·阴阳应象大论》：“阳病治阴，阴病治阳。”

[3]脾气：主要指脾的运化功能，还包括脾的升清和统摄周身血液的功能。脾主运化，主要体现在两个方面：一是运化水谷精微。即具有消化系统方面消化、吸收和运送营养物质的功能。《素问·太阴阳明论》载：“脾为胃行其津液。”明张介宾说： “五味入胃，由脾布散，故曰五味出焉。”皆指脾能协助胃进一步消化饮食物，并吸收其中精微部分，运输到人体全身，以营养五脏六腑、四肢百骸。二是运化水湿，促进体内水液代谢。人体的正常水液代谢，是通过脾的运输以及肺的肃降功能，下达于肾，在肾气的作用下，然后变成尿液，由膀胱排出体外。故体内诸器官组织，既得到津液的充分濡养，又不致有水湿潴留，从而维持着体内水液的动态平衡。脾主升清：清，泛指精微物质，因脾气能将饮食的精微、津液上输于肺，再输布于其他脏腑器官而化生气血，营养全身。其运化特点是以上升为主，即“脾气主升”，而上升的主要是精微物质，散言“脾主升清”。《素问‘五常政大论》说：“阴精（指地气）所奉其人寿，阳精（指天气）所降其人夭（指人的寿命短折）。”金·李东垣《脾胃论·阴阳寿天论》中从为：“夫阴精所奉者，上奉于阳，谓春夏生长之气也；阳精所降者，下降于阴，谓秋冬收藏之气也。且如地之伏阴（指阴气伏藏），其精遇春而变动，升腾于上，即日生发之气；升极而浮，即日蕃秀（指繁荣）之气。”《素问·五常政大论》还说：“根于外（指依靠大自然界）者名曰气立（通过人体与外界的气体交换，以完成体内生化的过程）
