1.1 【实验1】键盘与指法练习
一、实验目的
（1）熟悉主键盘的键位排列，各控制键、功能键的基本功能。
（2）掌握正确的打字指法。
（3）掌握中文字符的输入方法。
二、实验内容
【练习1-1】熟悉键盘。
（1）熟悉主键盘的键位排列。
（2）熟悉各控制键、功能键、光标编辑键、状态转换键的位置及基本功能。
提示：有关键盘的详细介绍请参阅教材《大学计算机基础教程》附录。
【练习1-2】英文打字指法练习。
（1）英文打字姿态。使用键盘进行打字输入时，若姿势不当，将影响输入的速度和准确性，也容易疲劳。要保持正确的姿势应注意以下几点：
①身体坐姿端正，腰部挺直，双脚自然平放，身体略向前倾，距离键盘约20～30cm，以双手能自然放置于主键盘的基准键位上为合适。
②双肩放松，大臂自然下垂，小臂平抬与大臂约成垂直，手腕自然向前平伸。
③双手拇指轻放于空格键上，其余手指自然弯曲，轻放于主键盘区的基准键位上。
提示：进行长时间的文字输入时，为了减轻疲劳，可在键盘前放置一个厚度不高于键盘的平板作为手腕托板，打字时将手腕轻放在该托板上。
（2）英文打字指法。要提高输入的速度和准确性，必须掌握正确的打字指法。10个手指应按要求分工，各负其责，密切配合。指法基准键位图和指法分区位置图详见主教材的附录。

（2）学习指导与习题。学习指导提纲挈领地介绍了各章的学习目标、基本要求和主要知识点。习题部分则提供了与各章节内容密切相关的、形式多样的习题和练习，辅助学生课外自主学习和自我测试，达到巩固所学知识的目的。
（3）习题参考答案。此部分内容是习题部分的参考答案，目的是辅助读者学习，开阔解题思路。需要强调的是，做习题时，应将重点放在正确理解、掌握与题目相关的知识点上，而不是死记硬背答案。特别是操作题、综合设计题等，其解题思路是多样的，答案（或得到相同答案的方法）不是唯一的，因此需要读者勤于思考，融会贯通，不断提高自己分析问题、解决问题的能力。
