Introduction

纵观世界职业教育课程的改革与发展的走势，它给我们的启示体现在以下几个方面：第一，职业教育的课程应该从工作岗位、工作任务出发；第二，职业教育要强调能力本位；第三，职业教育要求企业和学校合作，两者是互补的，理论和实践不能分家。在这里，工作过程很可能是实现这些启示并由此实现职业教育的培养目标的一条路径、一个手段、一个结构。
回顾中国职业教育课程改革的历史进程，我们欣喜地看到，“宽基础、活模块”课程、项目课程、德国“学习领域”课程研究，都在2008年中国职业教育学会举办的首届职业教育科学研究成果奖的五个一等奖中占有三席，可见课程在整个职业教育中所处的核心地位是不可取代的。
工作过程系统化的课程吸收了模块课程灵活性、项目课程一体化的特长，并力图在此基础上实现从经验层面向策略层面的能力发展，关注如何在满足社会需求的同时重视人的个性需求，关注如何在就业导向的职业教育大目标下人的可持续发展问题、教育的本质属性问题。
工作过程特点是：第一，工作过程是综合的。其综合性表现在三个能力维度的整合，即专业能力、方法能力与社会能力的整合。第二，工作过程时刻处于运动状态之中。这指的是具体的工作过程的6个要素，即工作的对象、内容、手段、组织、产品、环境，总是在不断变化之中。第三，工作过程又是相对固定的。这指的是指导具体工作过程的人的思维过程的完整性是相对稳定的，亦即资讯、决策、计划、实施、检查、评价这6个步骤，始终显性地或隐形地存在于一切人的一切工作过程之中。
职业教育课程内容选择的所谓适度够用，就是要以过程性知识为主，以陈述性知识为辅；或者说，要以经验和策略的知识为主，以事实、概念和理解、论证的知识为辅。因而，工作过程系统化的课程表述，不是指向科学学科的子区域，不是学科的名词或名词词组，是来自职业行动领域里的工作过程，更多地采用动宾结构或动宾结构倒置的表述。形象地说，职业教育课程的名称是写实的，而不是写意的。
