Introduction

近年来，笔者有幸从事云计算工作，发现这是个很有趣也很复杂的新兴技术趋势。它不仅牵涉到技术，还涉及商业模式。技术本身已经很困难了，何况还要再加上商业模式，更难，如果再加上创新，更是难上加难。
在IBM工作的那几年，协助架构了从电信、金融、大学、研究机构、软件园、大型外企、大型国企等各式各样的云平台。在CA负责云计算策略时，研究和实施了国内外客户的云平台和运营。发现在架构的云平台后，客户都希望再进一步结合新的商业模型来提供服务。所以，笔者觉得有必要写一本有关云计算的创新商业模式的书，因为如何规划、如何进入这个未来IT发展的重要领域，很多人都需要一点指导。
本书一共分为12章。笔者试图以100多张图表来呈现比较直观的概念。每一张图和表都花费了很多的时间来完成，希望能帮助读者更清楚地理解内容。
第1章讲的是云计算缘起。说明云计算的基本概念，包括云计算的定义、云计算的特性、云计算的价值、云计算的服务层次和类型、云计算的使用模式等。
第2章讲的是云计算架构模型。框架结构是贯穿云计算理念及实践的主要依据。笔者希望经过介绍各式各样的架构，给读者提供一些有关云计算的框架概念。这应该有助于了解、进入云计算市场前沿。本章主要内容包括服务架构模型、平台架构模型、系统架构模型、管理平台模型、服务管理环境参考模型、基础架构云、弹性架构模型、虚拟化和自动化服务功能架构、公共信息服务门户架构、安全管理平台架构、行业应用架构、公共应用云计算服务发展架构模型、云计算健康及教育公共服务平台架构等。
第3章讲的是云计算总体技术。以总体技术的宏观面来说明云计算技术所涵盖的大范畴。包括烟囱式的资源系统模式、烟囱式的系统资源组织模式、云计算技术在解决的问题、云计算模式整合信息基础架构、云计算横向整合模式、云计算数据中心的整合模式、数据中心系统资源整合模式、云计算管理平台所管理的组件、服务管理系统资源功能模块、云平台三层技术功能、云计算平台所需要支撑的软硬件等。
第4章讲的是虚拟化优势。用优势二个字来命题是因为虚拟化已经行之有年，在业界培养了不少的专家。如果有效地利用虚拟化的技术，就有绝佳的机会傲视群雄。本章的内容包括虚拟化概念、虚拟化整合概念、四种虚拟化整合策略、信息优化进程、信息优化的旅程、高度虚拟化进程、云计算的商业价值和成本、采用虚拟化的优点、应用程序虚拟化、工作量虚拟化、存储虚拟化、桌面虚拟化等。当然，光是虚拟化还是不够的，但是虚拟化是很重要的基石，以此为基础才能真正进入云计算领域。
第5章讲的是云计算的安全机会与挑战。安全一直是云计算的重中之重，挑战往往也可能带来机会。本章试图说明云计算在安全领域可能发生的各种状况，希望读者在了解了基本的概念后，能够考虑安全问题要注意的地方，进而可以加入一些商业元素，将其转换成新业务模式。内容包括云计算安全的概念、云计算安全定义、云计算安全顾问、云计算安全规划、云计算风险与规划、安全系统框架、云计算安全架构、云计算的安全服务架构、授权认证身份识别、资料安全保护、程序与流程安全、设备安全保护、实体架构安全保护、实施计划的考虑、结构安全身份认证、安全加密与密码保护、安全攻击手法等。
第6章讲的是云计算顾问咨询服务。由于云计算导入的过程比较复杂，因此需要顾问咨询服务。包括顾问服务功能概念、云计算与工作负载的关系、云计算顾问三阶段方法论、云计算经济学、顾问的软件工具、顾问流程及方法论、云计算的起始阶段、云计算应用决策方法论等。
第7章讲的是商业目标。商业目标是面向云计算战略的指导原则。包括云计算中心案例、云计算中心运营管理模式、云计算中心网络图、用户体验层级、云计算中心虚拟资源案例、云计算中心硬件设备、医疗行业的应用、数据中心应用案例、云计算中心建设流程、建设阶段工作分解等。
第8章讲的是云计算应用场景及研讨会。云计算的应用场景很多，比如监控管理、客户关系管理、整合应用等。研讨会是迈入云计算的一种重要的方式，包括构建云计算服务的三个步骤、云计算的进程要素、研讨会日程表及注意事项、云计算商业规划、商业模型平衡目标、进入云计算十大步骤、电信运营商方案、客户成功案例等。
第9章讲的是云计算个案研究。通过实际个案介绍云计算的专案都有什么需求、条件、推进理念。内容包括私有企业云计算平台需求及解决方案、政府单位经济开发区云计算基地规划及解决方案、电信运营商IDC云规划需求及解决方案等专案研究。这些实际案例希望能带读者进入落地的云计算实践的世界。
第10章讲的是解决方案就是服务。换句话说，就是量身定做的云计算服务。内容以亚马逊和其他应用运营计费方式及规格说明，还有创意规划两大主题。
第11章讲的是灵活的商业计划书。用灵活两个字代表弹性，商业计划书本身必须具备弹性，好的规划案也需要好的目标、逻辑、团队、技术、资金、行动计划、商业模型、赚钱点等。
第12章讲的是物联网云。包括物联网概念、物联网平台功能、物联网云系统架构、物联网云的软件架构、物联网传感技术、物联网云的数据平台、物联网云的应用等。
在附录里以云计算问卷来结束本书。希望进入云计算领域的单位可以通过40个问题的问卷，看看自己是否适合云计算以及在什么时间采用云计算。
创新的目的可能希望能创造一个更美好的未来世界。更好的品质、更好的服务、更好的客户满意、更好的安全保障。也许是某种更好的关系。但是创新，谈何容易。
创新可能意味着改变，甚至于是持续的改变。只是创新需要有所根据，最安全的做法就是看看别人怎么做，我们怎么做，过去在干什么，现在干什么，未来怎么办，是不是可以从一些成功案例得到通往成功道路的启示。也许不行，那至少希望有一点方向，有一点逻辑，有一点感觉。
笔者写过十几本书，深知这样的一本书要想历史留名，不太可能，但至少希望让读者回味无穷，达到抛砖引玉的目的。
也诚挚地希望，在这个领域努力的很多公司、朋友们能够一起分享经验、一起再接再厉，将云计算的商业应用及运维有效持续推进，找到更好的产品及应用模式，大家继续往前走。
