Book Abstract

要确定故障发生的大体部件，如打印机、键盘、鼠标等，查看电源的插入、。信号线的连接是否正确。因为很多故障都是这些原因引起的，接着再检查其他故障，最后到主机，直至把故障范围缩小到某个设备上，再进行故障处理。
（3）先简单后复杂。在遇到组合故障时，要先考虑简单的故障，再考虑复杂的故障。有些简单的故障在排除的同时，可能影响到将要解决的复杂故障，使之变为简单。有时在排除简单的故障中会受到一定的启示，有利于复杂故障的排除。
（4）先电源后部件。电源引起的故障常常是全局性故障的关键，因此，首先要检查电源部分，例如熔丝、工作电压等，然后再检查各个负载部件。
（5）先一般后特殊。在分析一个故障时，要尽量考虑故障的一般情况，也就是最可能出现故障的原因。例如打印机不正常工作了，首先检查一下电源接线是不是松动，或者更换一根数据线，之后再考虑特殊的故障原因。
（6）先全局后局部。全局性的故障往往会影响整体，而局部性的故障只影响一部分部件。例如总线部分发生了故障，应该先解决，再去排除局部的故障。
4.检修安全常识
在进行计算机检修前，应了解基本的相关安全常识。
（1）要保持检修环境的洁净度，注意对电场磁场的屏蔽。
（2）维修场地应有较好的供电系统，电网应比较稳定，以防忽高忽低的电压烧坏计算机部件。
（3）严禁带电插拔各种信号线、板卡，除非该类设备支持热插拔，如USB设备等。
（4）要注意消除人体和各种维修工具的静电，防止静电损坏集成电路芯片。
（5）通电前要将各部件固定好，防止松动和短路。严格、认真地检查各种芯片、控制卡和信号线是否安装正确。
（6）在使用示波器、逻辑笔检测信号时，要注意不要让探头（探针）同时接触两个引脚，以免造成短路，烧坏芯片和电路板。
5.在拆卸检修计算机时的注意事项
（1）断电操作。在安装或插拔各种配件及连接电缆时，一定要断电，否则容易损坏部件。
（2）防静电处理。为了防止因静电而损坏集成芯片，在用手触碰主板或其他板卡之前应先触摸水管等金属物体，放掉身上的静电。
（3）在拆装过程中，对CPU、各种板卡、配件要轻拿轻放，不要用力过猛，不要触及板卡的“金手指”和CPU的引脚、触点等。
（4）在使用钳子和旋具等工具时，注意不要划伤线路板。
（5）特别注意内存是否插反，电源插头、板卡是否安装到位，面板连接线连接是否正确。
（6）在检查计算机时，若发生异响、部件异常发热、高压打火、焦味等异常情况应立即关机检查。
