方可救己救人于危厄

深秋时节，这本书最终定稿了，书里面的内容，是我之前写过的一些小文章，介绍过的一些实用的小方子，我对这些方子有些体会，所以写了下来介绍给大家。

在我们的生活中，会遇到很多身体的问题，一般情况下，我们会调整一下生活方式，或者通过食疗、按摩等方法来解决这些问题，这是我着重推荐的理念。但是，还有一些时候，由于我们没有很好地及时运用这些方法，导致疾病发展……此时，除了上述手段，我们还要学会一些医药知识。

古人在长期的实践中，总结了很多有效的医药知识，这些知识是在理论的指导下进行实践的结果，疗效卓著，对此我们应该有所了解。比如，清代名医黄元御总结了鼻炎的治疗方法，创立了“桔梗元参汤”等几个方子。他的思路从《黄帝内经》而来，《内经》认为“九窍不利，肠胃之所生也”，所以他从调理脾胃气机的升降入手，来治疗鼻炎。鼻炎是一种比较棘手的疾病，常规疗法往往疗效不佳，患者又非常痛苦，甚至会因为这种持续的痛苦，出现轻生的念头。而黄元御的方子，药物平和，对于各种鼻炎，尤其是过敏性鼻炎，效果明显，我推荐给很多患者，绝大多数对症患者的症状都得到了明显的缓解，甚至痊愈。这样的医药知识，如果我们掌握一些，就可以帮助处于痛苦中的患者，救人于危厄，是人生中幸福之事。

但是，我一直反对单独讲中药方子，因为如果不讲清楚方子里面的道理，不讲清楚方子的适应症，往往不懂医药的读者，会自己胡乱使用，反而误事。所以，在每个方子里面，我都会反复讲述其中的道理，这是大家在阅读此书的时候，需要认真来研习的。只有大家了解了其中的原理，知道了方子的适应症，才能对症应用，达到预期的效果，切记，切记！

而在应用方子的时候，如果能够得到附近中医的帮助，确认一下自己的体质是否与方子的适应症吻合，然后再对症使用，则更加稳妥。
