尺，指尺部（腕至肘之前臂）；泽，沼泽。穴在尺部肘窝陷中，脉气流注入此，如水注沼泽。

清泻肺热通络止痛
气管炎咳嗽咽喉肿痛咯血过敏湿疹肘臂痉挛疼痛膝关节疼痛
《金鉴》：咳唾脓血，喉痹，肺积息贲，及绞肠痧痛，伤寒汗不出，小儿急慢惊风。
《灵光赋》：吐血定喘，补尺泽。
《肘后歌》：鹤膝肿痛难移步，尺泽能舒筋骨痛。

《资生经》：尺泽、少泽主心烦。
《甲乙经》：唾血，泻鱼际，补尺泽。
1精准定位：在肘部，肘横纹上，肱二头肌腱桡侧缘凹陷中。
