苦行僧

八十一难
我们的工作，并没有想象中简单，一个好的产品的诞生，简直可以用九九八十一难来形容：
◆我们搜集和分析需求，进行产品分析工作，启动诸多创新细胞，在大脑中快速构建出产品蓝图，之后的很多工作开始流于琐碎：编写冗长的需求文档、设计demo、与团队人员沟通、向领导汇报……似乎无穷无尽。
◆领导的思维如此抽象，程序员的思维如此直接，而我们需要架设起沟通的桥梁，让领导、程序员以及相关人等都能快速地理解，将需求不确定引起的返工风险扼杀在摇篮之中。
