序幕
这么多年，有些事像一只插销，死死地别在心门上。锈了之后，里面的打不开，外面的进不去。
在苏黎世见邱天那次，时近黄昏，云渐渐溶解于天空，落日快要熄灭了。
她在火车站接我，坐一把电动轮椅，旁边插着伸缩拐杖。彼此认出来毫不费力，隔得远远的，点头笑笑，也都不着急，等下车的匆匆人群走光了，她才慢慢启动轮椅，靠近我来，问：“时间还早，想走走吗？”
好像我们不过是刚刚下班的同事。
我像当年一样，在背后推着她，慢慢走。旁边有不少匆匆旅行者，走得很快，他们是去看莱茵河瀑布的。
刚走两步，她说：“我们要看瀑布吗？不用的话，朝下坡走吧。到河边有好多阶梯，没法推车，这几天我走不了路，腿有点儿痛。”
我看着她的腿，说：“对不起……你……现在，腿还痛？”
她说：“没什么，只是每年这个季节这几天，都莫名其妙地痛。”
我想起母亲跟我说过，她下乡做知青的第二年，清明时节，挑水时在石阶上踩到青苔滑倒，浑身浇透，闪了腰，留下伤，如此几十年，每年清明节那几天，极其准时地，腰椎都会痛。
冥冥中，身体也是有记忆的。
于是我们改变方向，朝市区走了很长一段。在一家小餐馆前，我停下来，问：“吃饭吗？”
她说：“还是回家吃吧。”
搭上有轨电车一起回了她的住处。小公寓，四壁白净，生活的简单和普通，一览无余。她一个人，做饭的时候把拐杖放在旁边，腰胯靠着厨台，腾出两只手。要去冰箱拿一只鸡蛋，就把拐杖拿起来，再挪动身体。
我站在她身后，斜靠在墙上，问：“要帮忙吗？”
她说：“不用，你坐着吧。”
我尽力表示对她独立生活的尊重，于是坐回桌前静等，翻看一本她随手放在椅子上的书。
简单吃了晚饭，我很快收拾了碗盘，冲洗干净。她开了一瓶自酿的甜葡萄酒，坐下来聊天。没多久，很快喝完，又开了一瓶。以为度数不高，后劲却大。她坐在轮椅上，我陷在小沙发里，喝到夜深，说了很多话，却又好像什么都没说。喝酒反而易渴，我嗓子都干了。
停顿的间隙，窗外透进来一丝丝风，清透如歌，异乡的空气，竟熟似童年的气息。夜晚的苏黎世老城十分安静，窗下的脚步声清晰可闻，利马特河静静流淌，让我想起故乡雾江。
雾江的夜，美如一则谜。一江逝水衬以渺渺银河，星辰如撒，近得快要坠下来似的……其壮阔与寂静，令人又喜又哀。但那都是从前了。
灯很暗，她闭上了眼，恹恹地说：“人越长大，朋友越少了。邵然，以前我们那些人，你平时联系多吗？平义、陈臣、白杨、弹簧……什么的。”
我说：“不太多，但一直没断。”
停顿的间隙，岁月好像咳嗽了一声，提醒我们什么该说，什么不该说；什么该被想起，什么不该被想起。
她闭着眼睛，没再说话。
沉默之间，我突然感觉，这些年的千山万水，在此刻终于静止成为一幅画，就这么无法被涂改地，置于眼前。

听母亲说，拆厂子的时候，厂里的遗老遗少们都聚在对面的土方和楼顶上围观，怎么驱赶也不散去。
年轻人有的双手插兜儿站着，有的蹲着，老人拄着拐，妇人抱着孩子。他们像一大群正在静静反刍的食草动物那样，默默站立着，望着渐渐消失的厂区，眼神发愣，看不出喜怒。
远处传来闷如滚雷般的爆破声，烟尘腾起，遮天蔽日，厂房微微倾斜，像一个老人缓缓坐下。
过了好一会儿，又一座也坐了下去——如此紧接着连续几座，竟又像一排跪绑的死囚，随着枪声挨个儿扑倒下去。
一个星期之后，厂子变成了一片望不到头的瓦砾，一直连上跟瓦砾一样灰暗的天——那让我想起童年那些无所谓始、无所谓终的日子，青白青白的天，无云无日，就这么空空洞洞地亮着，亮了又灭了——几十年便过去了。如今厂子拆得只剩一段砖红围墙，如帝国消失长城犹在，维护着一种行将没落的尊严。
废墟尸骨未寒，新的楼盘已经迫不及待地开建了。豪华的售楼部就在厂墟旁边，以墟衬之，更显无情，仿佛时刻都在提醒人们，这里很快将是一场沧桑之变。
开发商将这个巨大的楼盘命名为“芸庭·枫宸”，精美的楼盘广告手册上煞有介事地写道：“汉时芸若充庭，槐枫被宸……”然而厂子的遗老们一听，“风尘”，立刻挂上了嫌恶的表情，啧啧地撇开了嘴。他们所习惯的，是这里被称为“厂子”的时候。
厂子，在雾江，是个专有名词。说“我是厂里的”，人们便知道，是“那个厂”，而不是什么棉纺厂、肉联厂……年代久远了之后，普通人也说不清到底厂子是做什么的了。
其实这里曾经是一座只有代号没有名字的军工厂，生产炮弹、子弹、火药。工厂吃香的年代，这儿的子弟个个一脸蛮傲，恨不得将厂名刻在脑门儿上，外出都穿工服，成群结队骑着大横杠的凤凰车，招摇过市。
到了和平光景，生产过剩的炮弹、火药积压成灾，仓库不堪重负，管理疏漏，终于酿成大事故——在一个酷热的夏暑之夜，雷暴之后，一个防空洞改建的大型火药仓库发生爆炸，霎时间，火光冲天，连锁爆炸巨响如雷，震得整座小城都在发抖，伤亡数字至今仍是个谜。那次事故之后，炮弹不生产了，工厂转而用生产炮弹的钢材来做菜刀、剪刀。
很快，这些皮实的刀具也滞销了，于是工厂转而生产鞭炮、火柴、灯泡、螺丝。
再后来……我就说不上来了，毕竟那时我们已经离开了子弟校，四散他乡，走得越远越好。
这当然是后来的事情，换作二十年前，没有人会愿意离开厂子。这里的职位是可以“世袭”的，人们削尖了脑袋要进来，求一个铁饭碗。它是一个社会，一个城中城：四世同堂比比皆是，从爷爷到曾孙，都在这里生根发芽，在厂医院出生，进厂幼儿园，上厂子弟校，毕业了进厂里顶替父亲工作。玩的是厂灯光球场，看的是厂电影院，逛的是家属菜市场和商贸铺。夏天泡厂的游泳池，春节玩厂的游乐园……从买菜看病到上学就业，全都在厂里。
我一直好奇，所谓的厂子，到底还有没有工人。因为我身边熟悉的人们，有电影放映员、游泳馆售票员、食堂厨师、司机、商店售货员、看门人、学校老师、会计、领导……但就是没有技术工人。
时代，看似绵长，优柔寡断，而一旦它背弃起你来，轻易得就像一个陌生人转了个身——快得让人花一辈子都回不了神来。
如今这里已被夷为平地，往日光辉早都烟消云散，只剩下一群人的生活。
生活是历史的骸骨，亘古不变的——柴米油盐酱醋茶：每天，人们去完菜市场，便抱着孩子纷纷挤进售楼部里，围着沙盘模型没完没了地吹牛，张家长，李家短，王家豆腐酸。当然，总有几个大爷运筹帷幄，你一个伊拉克战争我一个朝核危机……牛皮吹得好像联合国不过是他家后院。
能吹牛的，都是还能买房的；买不起房的，和厂子一起消失了。
所有人都忽略了，一张面目依稀熟悉的照片，挂在开发商的主页上。他是谭黄。
