卧龙耕读家，轩开望桑麻。聚散白衣狂客，谈笑纵天下。观星位测流霞，演算太极八卦，思香帝王花。坐待三顾请，试黄钟釜瓦。

空钩钓。连弩发。戏司马。火攻借东风助。符遣六丁甲。尽收江山一担，付与衰翁痴子，不恋寸黄纱。风秋五丈原，熟陇黄绿瓜。

词话

诸葛亮自奉早年“躬耕于南阳”，敌手也常贬称他“诸葛村夫”，这个村夫少时志向不在“菽麦桑麻”，而在天下。草堂春睡，日迟方醒，观苍天为罗盖，视大地若棋局，不是个合格的村夫，耕耘天下，则极为称职。尽管仅收获天下三分其一，政治的魅力却远在统一中国的霸主之上，历史长河光环显耀不绝全在“神”“圣”二字。

“神圣”这个词拆开来是神人、圣人，神人体现在无所不能，圣人彰显为脱俗无我。遍览史籍，数典传说，称为神人、圣人的不少，但集神人、圣人于一身者便寥寥了，诸葛亮当之无愧算是一个。神之智算为百姓所景仰，圣之忠贞为统治者所推崇，超时代、超阶层的溢美之词都罩在他的身上，可谓荣极备崇。

说他“神”，统兵布阵、谋划军机、治民立法、知人善任、宦海优游、文章传世，无所不能；知天文、晓地理、习民风、熟经济、工机巧、遣鬼神，样样精通。儒家的理想、道家的通达、法家的严治、墨家的奇技、纵横家的舌辩、阴阳家的装神弄鬼，兼修全备。未出山知三分天下，一出手脱颖显威，借力发功赢赤壁之胜，无中生有川蜀立国，以弱迫强六出祁山，撒手归天布排好身后大事……即便在失算失误、穷途绝境状态下仍导演出令人拍案称绝的“失”“空”“斩”，不是神人谁能做得到呢？鲁迅以“诸葛多智而近妖”评价之。其实“神”与“妖”“魔”甚而“鬼”在智能上均是超人一等的称谓。

说他“圣”，爱民如子，重诺至死，淡泊明志，教及后人，庙堂之高不置私产，忠心谋国矢志不移。世人论忠，往往读书立志时易，功名腾达时难；教诲别人时易，身体力行时难；位卑力不足放诞空谈易，权重一时自我约束难；伴明君易，侍庸主难；开国创业时易，功成守国时难；虑及人生苦短献自身易，念子孙传承有宁静心态难。对这些“难”“易”的考验，诸葛亮都跨栏成功，不是圣人焉能做到？一个从僻乡陋野走出的二十多岁青年何来如此宽泛领域的近“妖”之智？一个熟谙官场规则、洞达世事精明的乱世能臣怎会有肝脑涂地、两朝事忠之诚？诸葛亮有超人的伟大之处，人们传说中的伟大还包括了人们的想象。《三国演义》中的诸葛亮是作者用理想化的笔触塑造的一个凝聚了封建士大夫情怀、志向、智慧、精神操守的理想人物，作者借助这个理想人物弘扬封建士大夫的志向与定力，理想的光环掩饰了他现实生活中的“不能”与“不可”。历史上真实的诸葛亮不是无所不能的，正史有“奇谋为短”之评；刘备身前身后的安排也定下了他不可不扶阿斗的楔子。他和刘备这对搭档演绎的一曲高山流水，成为历史绝唱，充分反映了“士为知己者死”这种封建士大夫力争人格尊严的最高信条。在卧龙岗耕读，抱膝《梁甫吟》，自比管仲、乐毅，诸葛亮青年时代人生志向的定位是明君的辅臣，他没有刘邦、项羽见秦始皇那种“大丈夫应如是哉”和“彼可取而代之”的志向定位。与一般人相比，他难得的是有非凡超人的定力，选定了终身的奋斗目标和人生定位，不受环境、时机等各种因素的此消彼长而变更丝毫。心灵上练就了“铁布衫”的功夫，世俗的刀剑再锋利也难刺伤他了。坊间有议诸葛亮之忠为“愚忠”，妄议他为何不选辅曹操，为何不取代刘禅。假若那样，诸葛亮便不是诸葛亮了，而是曹氏、司马氏。如此妄议诸葛之愚，只是用世俗的小聪明去判定他的大智大慧，在神圣的诸葛亮面前，不过聋人说声，盲人谈形，哑人论语，乱了标杆，论者自作聪明而已。磐石之定，洞烛之明。燕雀不识鸿鹄之志，夸蓬间之自在，哪知九天翱翔之逍遥？
