面包狼活了
有个老爷爷，在故事巷里开了一家面包店,叫“小小面包店”。老爷爷做的面包又香又甜，是全城最好吃的面包,就连十分挑剔味道和讲究营养的小学校长，也请老爷爷给小朋友们供应课间餐。
这些年，老爷爷年纪大了，没有帮手，怎么办呢？
有一天，老爷爷做了很多动物形状的面包，放进烤箱里。
面包熟了，香气扑鼻。老爷爷打开烤箱，大吃一惊，里面只剩下一个面包了：一只巨大的面包狼！
“谢谢您给我开门。”面包狼从烤箱里跳出来，“我叫皮特，您叫我面包狼或者皮特都可以。”
老爷爷望着空空的烤箱说：“嗯，我做的面包呢？”
“呃，”皮特打着饱嗝儿，“是这样，我把所有的面包都吃掉了……”
老爷爷非常生气，抄起擀面杖，要打皮特：“真不像话，你竟敢吃光孩子们的课间餐！”
“对不起，”皮特慌忙躲开，“您做的面包太好吃了。”
老爷爷追，皮特逃，围着屋子转了一圈又一圈。
一不小心，皮特倒在一个大缸里。大缸里装的是发酵水，“咕嘟！咕嘟！”皮特的肚子被发酵水灌满了。当皮特爬起来的时候——哇，他的身体变大了一百倍，塞满了整个屋子，把老爷爷挤到窗台上去了！
“我的发酵水呀！”老爷爷心疼极了。
皮特又闯了祸，真不好意思：“老爷爷，不是我想喝，是发酵水自己跑进我肚子里的。”
皮特坐在大缸上，一只手抓住自己的头，另一只手抓住自己的脚，就像拧湿抹布一样用力，把发酵水一点儿一点儿地挤出来。挤呀挤，花了半天时间，才把发酵水挤掉，面包狼的身体变小了。
老爷爷从窗台上跳下来，看看大缸里的发酵水，这才笑了。
“当，当……”墙上的挂钟响了十下，快到小朋友们吃课间餐的时间了。
老爷爷很着急：“怎么办呢？孩子们要吃课间餐，可是，面包都被你吃光了，唉！”
皮特低着头，红着脸，想了一会儿说：“我是一只狼，同时也是一个味道不错的面包。您就把我送给孩子们吃吧！”
老爷爷想不出更好的办法，只好这样了。
老爷爷带面包狼皮特到学校去。皮特自己会走，老爷爷用不着背那个大纸箱了。所以，老爷爷走得很快，他们一会儿就到了小学校。
“老爷爷好！”小朋友们一见老爷爷就高兴地围上来。突然，小朋友们看见了老爷爷身后的面包狼，都吓了一跳：“啊，狼来了！”
“孩子们，别怕别怕，”老爷爷笑眯眯地说，“这是用面包做的狼，可以吃的。”
小朋友们小心地闻闻面包狼的手，嘿，真的是面包，好香啊！
“我叫皮特，是一个大面包，欢迎大家吃我。”皮特生怕吓着同学们，尽量压低嗓子，收起耳朵，还咧开大嘴巴，歪着脸笑了一下。皮特的笑实在难看，尖尖的牙齿露出来，好恐怖哟！几个胆小的孩子吓得大叫，拼命逃跑。有个名叫三三的小女孩儿跑得太急，摔倒了，腿受了伤，站不起来了。
“孩子们，不要怕！”老爷爷赶忙喊住他们。
皮特眨着两只小眼睛，呆呆地站着，不知道该怎么办。老爷爷生气地责怪皮特说：“都是你惹的祸！快把这个小女孩儿送到医务室去上药！”
“好！”皮特跑过去，张开大嘴，“啊呜！”一口就把三三吃掉了！
“啊，你这个坏家伙！”
老爷爷又气又急，拼命追赶皮特。皮特跑得可真快，几步就冲进了医务室，大嘴一张，吐出了三三。三三手里抓着一个面包，咯咯地笑着说：“面包狼的肚子香喷喷的，里面有很多面包！”医生给三三涂了一些药水，没事了。
老爷爷松了一口气。同学们都笑了，觉得皮特原来是很好玩儿的。
一会儿，同学们和面包狼就玩儿熟了。他们“皮特、皮特”地叫得可亲热了。同学们舍不得吃掉面包狼，这天，大家就没有吃课间餐。
同学们要上课了，皮特跟着老爷爷，回到了面包店。毕竟，这里是他诞生的地方。为了感谢老爷爷给了他生命，皮特成了老爷爷的帮手。
皮特很聪明，没过多久就学会了干活儿，买面粉、做面包、烤面包、送面包……老爷爷轻松多了，每天都可以坐在墙角晒晒太阳，或者到江边散散步。
