《经济全球化研究丛书：经济扭曲与“破坏性创造”》提出了一个与熊彼特“创造性破坏”机制相对的“破坏性创造”概念，并将中国的经济扭曲引入内生熊彼特增长模型，建立了中国经济增长的模型与理论。通过“成本转嫁”、“破坏性创造”和“超比较优势战略”三个维度来刻画中国存在经济扭曲下的技术进步与经济增长模式。
经济扭曲所奉行的“超比较优势战略”，放大了中国的比较优势，刺激了产出扩张和经济增长，这是中国增长模式的“创造性”同时破坏了资源的有效配置机制，抑制了自主创新和技术升级，使中国难以实现创新驱动的经济增长而偏离最优增长路径，这是增长模式的“破坏性”。
《经济全球化研究丛书：经济扭曲与“破坏性创造”》的理论和结论表明，通过“创造性破坏”的创新过程所驱动的经济增长模式，是中国实现经济收敛的必由之路。

Author Description

韩忠亮，北京大学经济学院教师。中国政法大学国际经济法博士（法经济学方向）。北京大学经济学博士后，英国牛津大学课题访问学者。黄河商品交易市场首席经济学家。外语教学法家。国务院发展研究中心《新经济导刊》特聘专家，北京大学经济学院在职研究生学术委员会主席，北京大学经济学院产业与文化研究所研究员，《国际贸易问题》匿名审稿人。主持了国家社科基金项目、国家博士后特别基金项目、国务院发展中心课题和牛津大学课题。获得国家社科基金、北京市社科、教育部人文社科、世界银行资助和国家博士后特别资助出版的著作8部。发表经济学论文20余篇。在现有的著作、论文中提出和构建了“要素异质性”、“超比较优势战略”、“破坏性创造”、“成本转嫁”模型、“飞机一牛仔裤”模型、“嵌套式金融恐慌模型”、“‘破坏性创造’的内生增长模型”、“引致增长极”理论、“内生金融监管理论”、“要素禀赋同质化定理”、二元“边际转型”理论和中国经济“两阶段转型”理论等概念、模型和理论。
