Book Abstract

王强和陈锋拿到单据后，须及时跟踪货物的到港情况，以便及时办理接货工作。2007年10月22日，货物达到上海港，浙江金苑进出口有限公司在接到到货通知后，，马上着手办理进口货物提货手续。
由于本次交易采用的是CIF术语，因此相关的租船订舱及之后的运费结算手续均由卖方负责，作为买方的浙江金苑进出口有限公司只需拿着卖方寄来的提货单，根据国家相关规定及商品属性向进口地商检机构及海关申请报检、报关。报检、报关手续完成，提货单上1～3签章处会盖有收货人公章、检验检疫章、海关章。在进口商办理进口货物报检、报关手续的同时，船代已将到港货物交由汽车运输代理运至码头指定仓库，理货公司按货物性质、业务情况将多票货物理好备提。在进口商完成商检、报关手续后，向船代缴清汽代、理货等相关费用，在提货章签章处盖好汽代、理货章，将盖好所需印章的提货单交码头仓库要求提取指定货物。

Introduction

自改革开放以来，我国外贸事业得到了空前发展。世界贸易组织有关资料显示，到2007年年底，我国出口和进口贸易总量均已排名世界第二。虽然我国已进入贸易大国的行列，但是与贸易强国还有很大的差距。如何尽快缩短这一差距，国际商务人才培养是至关重要的环节。
外贸跟单员在进出口贸易中，在贸易合同签订后，需要依据合同和相关单证，对货物加工、装运、保险、报检、报关、结汇等部分或全部环节进行跟踪和监控，协助履行贸易合同，其工作期间可能贯彻整个贸易过程。但是，目前有关外贸跟单综合实训操作方面的教材很少，且大多以知识体系为主，广大读者看完后，对提高跟单业务的操作能力帮助不大。为此，我们编写了这本综合实训教材。本书是在外贸跟单员岗位工作任务和职业能力分析的基础上，依据与外贸业务专家组共同开发的出口跟单操作和进口跟单操作课程标准，打破以知识体系为线索的传统编写模式，以外贸跟单员工作过程为线索，采用工学结合、任务驱动、项目导向的项目教材编写模式。该模式注重以学生主体、以培养职业能力为核心目标，强调进出口跟单操作综合能力的训练，提升学生完成工作任务的综合能力。
本书基于进出口跟单工作流程，以外贸样品为载体，包括五票完整业务的综合实训。教师在教学时，可以先让学生以外贸跟单员的职业身份，尝试完成每个项目的工作任务；然后教师结合学生完成工作任务的情况，进行示范操作；在示范操作过程中，对操作要点进行归纳总结；最后让学生独立完成整票业务的跟单操作，以进一步提升其进出口跟单业务综合操作能力。
为了紧贴外贸业务实际，本书中的图片、合同、单证等一般都仿照真实文件的外观样式，但涉及的原交易当事人、交易内容等关键信息均已隐去，换之以虚拟的公司机构名称地址、交易内容等。所述内容如不慎与真实生活中的人物、组织或事件雷同，实属巧合，谨此声明。
本书由肖旭和范越龙担任主编，柳絮、何锋担任副主编，由肖旭对全书进行统稿，浙江兽王进出口有限公司的金剑锋先生担任审稿。参加编写的人员有：范越龙（综合实训一、二、三）、肖旭（综合实训四、综合实训五之学习情境一至二）、何锋（综合实训五之学习情境三）、柳絮（综合实训五之学习情境四）。
