世界各国自然遗产资源游憩利用管理普遍建立起了以公益性为主要使命的国家公园管理制度，我国以获取经济收入为主的管理制度依然占据主导地位。在发展价值观的国家理念发生转移后，中国国家公园之路的命题是应有之议。该命题的研究既需要全球视野，更需要结合中国国情深入进行案例研究。九寨沟是我国著名的自然遗产型景区，在开发与保护、经营与管理等方面在行业内有较大的影响。《九寨沟景区管理模式研究》作者把九寨沟景区作为案例地，从2006年到2010年在九寨沟风景名胜区管理局等的大力支持下，多次深入九寨沟景区和部分案例比较地景区进行了较长时间的参与工作式调研，在广泛收集资料、利益相关者访谈、工作中体会等基础上，按照“从经济学进、管理学出”的理论指导原则，经过资料梳理、观点形成、充分论证的程序，完成《九寨沟景区管理模式研究》。
《九寨沟景区管理模式研究》首先构建了我国自然遗产型景区政府治理、经营机制、社区参与、自然遗产资源游憩利用的公共管理活动的四级结构系统，然后以四级结构系统为分析框架，以九寨沟景区管理模式为研究对象，系统回顾了九寨沟30年来景区管理活动的发展历程，探寻当前管理模式形成的历史过程与演变动因；?后在简略回顾我国代表性的自然遗产型景区黄山、武夷山、武陵源、普达措管理模式的演变历程的基础上，比较九寨沟与各景区当前管理方式的异同，据此从上述四方面提出九寨沟景区当前的管理模式：条块管理下一元主体的政府治理模式，官、企、民共同参与的混合经营模式，融入式的社区参与模式以及保护性开发的自然资源游憩利用模式。在对四种模式的内涵、特征、优势与局限进行剖析的基础上，把九寨沟30年来形成的管理模式概括为“应变性共管（Adaptive Co-management）”模式；最后，《九寨沟景区管理模式研究》从九寨沟景区管理模式未来演进趋势的角度，提出我国自然遗产型景区优化发展的路径选择，对我国自然遗产资源保护与利用、国家公园之路的走向等提出理论思考。

Author Description

田世政，旅游管理博士，西南大学经济管理学院副教授。1991年毕业于四川外语学院，1995—1996年在北京第二外国语学院旅游外经系进修旅游经济专业，2002年评聘为旅游管理专业副教授，2005—2010年在云南大学工商管理与旅游管理学院师从杨桂华教授攻读旅游管理专业景区开发与管理方向博士学位。2002年以来主要为旅游管理专业本科生、硕士研究生、MBA旅游管理方向学生讲授旅游景区管理及专题研究课程。主要研究方向为区域旅游开发与管理、旅游景区管理。主持省部级项目、横向项目10余项，发表论文近20篇，副主编和主译教材、译著各1部。
