Author Description

萧琛：北京大学经济学教授、博士生导师。1978—1985年在北京大学经济学系获学士和硕士；1987—1989年获世界银行全奖，在美国马里兰大学经济学系攻读博士课程，曾应聘任世界银行顾问(consultant)；1991年回母校任教，1992 2004#：任国际经济系主任；现任北京大学社会科学学部学术秘书、北京泛亚太经济研究交流中心主任、联合国教科文组织转轨经济教育顾问。著述包括：《全球网络经济》、《信息网络经济管理与调控》、《新经济求索与应对》、《美国微观经济运行机制》、《论中国经济改革》、《富强战略》、《效率公平与深化改革开放》、《财税政策模型与数据库》；译著包括：萨缪尔森第16、17版《经济学》、《宏观经济学》、《微观经济学》教科书和《美国总统经济报告》。(曾)主持国家、北京、教委的社科基金项目和北京大学的“2ll基金”科研项目，曾获UNESCO、国家、北京、教委、财政部和北大等嘉奖。
