《多重约束下低成本集约型城镇化模式研究》对资源约束、环境约束和制度约束等多重约束对我国城镇化发展的影响进行了多角度的理论分析和实证检验，提出了低成本、集约型城镇化模式的评价指标并加以实证。它对我国根据国情走中国特色城镇化之路，避免大多数国家经历的资源能源高消耗，生态环境先污染后治理以及损害农业、农林、农民的传统城镇化模式有重要借鉴意义。

Author Description

王家庭，男，汉族，山东诸城人。2003年7月毕业于南开大学经济学院区域经济学专业，获经济学博士学位。现为南开大学中国城市与区域经济研究中心副教授，硕士生导师，研究方向为城市与区域经济、土地与房地产经济。已在《数量经济技术经济研究》、《经济地理》、《经济科学》、《统计研究》、《中国软科学》、《南开经济研究》等CSSCI来源期刊上发表论文数十篇，并有多篇论文被人大复印报刊资料全文转载。已出版《国家综合配套改革试验区的理论与实证研究——以天津滨海新区为例》、《中国城市土地集约利用——理论分析与实证研究》、《房地产金融》等多部著作。主持完成国家社会科学基金项目和天津市社会科学基金项目各1项，并参与国家社会科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金项目、教育部规划项目、国家发改委项目等多项课题研究。
