容器工作任务的使用：案例研究云环境中容器或服务是如何工作的？我们先假设你想要在云中实现多个业务功能。如果你将传统的程序放到一个没有任何结构的云中，你得到的就是一个实现某一单项业务功能的大型工作任务。大多数组织无法从中获得经济价值。
下面要说的是一个在实际环境中真正得到经济价值的公司。Intuit是一家成功的软件公司，它销售一种叫QuickBooks的产品，这个产品是中小企业最常用的记账软件。
云向终端用户隐藏了很多基础架构和内部复杂性，但是，实际上还有很多活动的部件。该公司决定提供其他服务，例如平台即服务和软件即服务，用户可以利用那些他们在网上创建的业务发货单的工作任务，并将其以电子形式传送给用户。
