Author Description

王晋斌，安徽广德县人，1999年毕业于中国人民大学，获经济学博士学位。现任中国人民大学经济学院副院长、教授、博士生导师。研究领域为资本市场和开放宏观经济学。在《经济研究》、《世界经济》、《金融研究》等国内期刊发表论文数十篇。2007年获得教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”资助。2009年获“宝刚优秀教师奖”。2011年获得中国人民大学“明德学者”资助。中组部司局级干部培训大讲堂教员（2010年至今）。

《人民币汇率制度选择的政治和经济分析/中国人民大学经济学学术前沿系列》：
假定汇率永久下降，那么这将会导致长期中的机会成本和折旧成本上升。由于资本利得可视为一次性的，其对成本只有短期的影响。因此，在长期中投资品价格和资本的使用价格大约成比例变化，即投资品价格1％的增加，将导致使用成本大约1％的上升。在一般的生产函数中，劳动和资本互为替代品。汇率下降带来进口资本成本的上升，追求利润最大化的企业将增加劳动投入，以替代资本品，这会降低资本劳动比，从而降低劳动生产率。当然，如果进口资本品和国内资本品之间存在一定的相互替代性，那么企业就会使用劳动和国内资本两种替代品，那么汇率下降对资本劳动比的影响程度也将减弱。
（二）动态要素需求模型下的资本劳动比的变化
一般认为，在短期内要素的投入量是固定的，企业不会在瞬间对外部冲击做出反应。但在长期中，企业对外部的冲击会做出调整，而且这种调整是动态的，这种动态的均衡条件是预期未来产品边际收益的现值等于边际成本（投资品价格+边际调整成本）。Nickell（1987）的动态劳动需求模型表明调整的最优解可以表示为动态路径，其中准固定因素逐渐向其长期中没有调整成本的最优水平靠拢。
