那么，心性提升、人格完善之后，会发生什么事情呢？

我们通过经营企业进行自我修行。拼命经营企业成为一种修行，经营者的人性得到提升，必定会去想好事，做好事。于是因果报应的法则发挥作用，人生也好，事业也好，就会朝着好的方向发展。

此前我们只考虑自己的公司，一味地追求利润。可是，如果我们的心性提升，能够摆脱贪恋之心，就可以从更高的视点洞察全局。达不到开悟的境界也不要紧，只要尽量提升自己的心性，人格尽可能完善，我们就能够真正看清周围的事物。

比如，同行之间激烈地争夺市场份额。这是个尔虞我诈的世界，为了让自己的公司尽量多得到市场份额，相互间争得你死我活。如果心性稍微提升一些，经营者就能认清眼前的情况。我们经常可以清楚地看到某家企业在贪欲的驱使下看不清眼前的局面，于是我们预感到那家公司如此下去定会受挫，结果也确实如此。

所以，我从不强行争夺市场份额。看着其他企业受欲望驱使的状态，我们懂得自己的企业应该如何生存下去，并坚持不懈地努力。这样一来，我们的企业自然会硕果累累。

心性提升，就可以摆脱对贪欲的一味追求，看待事物的眼光就会变得清澈，能真正洞察一切。

人生的目的在于提升心性。成名也好，发财也好，这些都不是人生的目的。心性得到提升，就会看清一切事物，知道自己该选择怎样的生活方式。从结果来看，我们同样会出名，会获得财富。可是，心性提高，人格完善，我们就不会因为功成名就而傲慢无礼、妄自尊大。这就足够了。

我所谈的这些内容对于大多数人而言并没有什么特别的新意，都是大家听起来耳熟或是隐约知道的。也许有人认为这些都是理所当然之事。

可是，总觉得自己了解或是隐约记得是不行的。以为自己很清楚这是理所当然之事，对此置之不理，也是不行的。人这种动物往往被惰性牵着鼻子走，所以我们应该把这些内容纳入理性中，时常反思一下，这是非常重要的。

人生的目的在于提升心性，希望大家至少将这一点铭记于理性之中。
