商场并不是一个按劳取酬的等价交易所，勤奋也绝非决定经商成败的唯一因素，通常情况下，商业经营是有技巧和规律可循的。若能在商业经营的过程中掌握这些技巧和规律，就能够事半功倍，无往而不利。探究、研习国学文化，学习圣贤们的处世哲学是获取商业智慧的重要途径。因此，要想在商业经营的道路上走得平稳，走得长远，就需要学习国学文化，汲取国学精华。
让人去找钱，而不是钱来找人
著名思想家司马迁在《史记》之《货殖列传》中写道：“天下熙熙，皆为利来；天下攘攘，皆为利往。”意思是说，天下的人大多数都是为了利益而每天忙忙碌碌，都是为了利益而常常各奔东西。现实生活中也经常上演着与我们的奋斗初衷背道而驰的一幕幕。我们下海经商，炒地炒房，兜售各种各样的产品，奋不顾身地追逐着金钱的脚步，到头来却总是竹篮打水一场空。为何？因为我们弄错了追逐的本体与客体，将人和钱本末倒置了，用南怀瑾先生的话说就是“应该让钱来找人，而不是人来找钱，因为人找钱太累，钱找人却很容易，当我们有福报时，钱自然而然就来了”。
同样的思想还见之于全球著名的投资商巴菲特先生。他说，人一生能够积累多少财富，不取决于能够赚多少钱，而取决于如何让钱生根，因为钱找人胜过人找钱，我们要懂得让钱为我们工作，而不是我们为钱工作。
“人找钱两条腿累死你，钱找人四个轮子追着跑乐死你。”这就是为什么很多人辛辛苦苦几十年却仍旧一贫如洗，而财源滚滚和飞黄腾达的故事永远都只发生在别人身上的原因。
顺应天命，扬长避短
扬长避短，就是善于发扬优点或利用有利条件，懂得克服或回避不利条件。长，就是长处、天赋，是优势所在，用佛家的话来讲就是“慧根”。很明显，如果一个人在自己擅长的领域或者岗位上工作，那么其获得成功的可能性要远高于在陌生的领域或岗位上工作。
三国时著名的蜀汉名将张飞，雄壮威武，胆识超群，于百万军中取上将首级如探囊取物，曾经在长坂坡当阳桥头上一声断喝，吓退了曹操近百万大军，纵横天下数十年，协助刘备成就蜀国帝业。他的“慧根”就在武艺上，因此成了能征善战的常胜将军。而同时期蜀汉著名的军事家诸葛孔明却以其渊博的学识、过人的智谋闻名于世。他六出祁山，七擒孟获，辅助两代君王，使蜀汉鼎盛一时，为蜀汉的根基牢固立下了汗马功劳，更曾使东汉智勇超群的名将周瑜垂危之际发出“既生瑜，何生亮”的感慨，他的“慧根”就在智谋方面。刘备正是懂得顺应天命，扬长避短的道理，才把张飞和诸葛亮放在了他们各自擅长的岗位上。试想一下，如果张飞做了军师，诸葛亮成了武将，那么蜀汉还能取得当时的成就吗？
诸葛亮曾叹曰：“谋事在人，成事在天。不可强也！”成大事者，最先需要做的就是清楚自己的兴趣爱好所在，努力培养自己的优势，展现自己天才的一面，顺势而为，不要明知不可为而有意为之，逆天行事最终只会以悲剧结尾。
上善若水，厚德载物
所谓商人，境界有三重：其一为奸商，即为了牟取暴利，不惜采用不正当手段，甚至损人利己的商人；其二为儒商，这类商人比较注重个人的修养，有较高的文化素质，不功利，能够诚信经营，追求救世济民的远大抱负；其三为佛商，这类商人是以佛学理念为指导、从事商品经营的企业家，他们大多有慈悲心，能承担企业责任，慈悲济世，热衷社会公益事业，能将为人处世的智慧运用到商业经营中来，为社会进步和文明起到了很大的推动作用，是一种极高的境界。
正所谓“上善若水，厚德载物”，真正的佛商能够洞察尘世，心境澄明，他们相信“善”的力量，众善奉行、自利利他、福慧双修、简单宁静，做该做能做的事，福报自然深厚，那么金钱名誉的到来就会犹如高屋建瓴，水到渠成。
清华大学将“厚德载物”作为校训，就是为了时刻提醒学生只有像大地一样厚实才能承载万物，要想在某一方面有所作为，就要效仿大地，品德醇厚，胸怀宽广。老祖宗将我们的财富、智慧、拥有的一切叫作“物”，只有品德高尚的人才配拥有这些，如果一个人的德行配不上自己所拥有的一切，那么他就会遭受意想不到的灾难，就像朱子在治家格言中说的那样，“德不配位，必有灾殃”。
南怀瑾先生很信奉佛教中的“福报”一说，他认为“福报”是果，因在于修，也就是说，“福报”不是凭空而来的，也不是取之不尽用之不竭的，它是靠个人后天修为得到的。在商业经营中，拥有良好的品德，又能做到顺应天命、扬长避短，怎么会不被钱追着走呢？
