——季羡林谈做人哲学

“做人难”，谈起做人这个问题，几乎每个人都会发出这样的感叹。的确，做人不易，一个人不管他多么聪明、多么能干，条件有多么好，如果不懂得做人，那么他最终也很难成功。如何做人，怎样做人？季羡林先生曾经提到，做人要做“真”人，要有真性情，也要讲求真我，简而言之就是做自己。做人要明礼仪、知羞耻，要学会知足，也要有追求进取的精神；做人不能虚伪，不能爱慕虚荣，要有人情味，要不卑不亢。除此之外，做人还要学会自我反省，要做一个真正的聪明人。

1.礼义廉耻，为人的第一课

富者有礼高质，贫者有礼免辱，父子有礼慈孝，兄弟有礼和睦，夫妻有礼情长，朋友有礼义笃，社会有礼祥和。

众所周知，季羡林先生是著名的国学大师、文学界的泰斗，同时他也是一位智慧大师。古语有言：“国有四维，一维绝则倾，二维绝则危，三维绝则覆，四维绝则灭。”而所谓的四维便是礼、义、廉、耻。在古人心目中，礼可以定贵贱尊卑，义可以为行动准绳，廉可以称廉洁方正，耻可以称有知耻之心。季羡林先生也多次提到做人要知廉耻、守礼义。

知礼方能自尊

季羡林先生说，礼的内涵很广，包括仪容仪表、尊贤敬长、社会公德、律己修身等方面，大致可总结为“敬、让、静、洁”四个字，其中的核心是自谦、敬人，目的是建立和谐的人际交往关系。

战国时期，齐国重臣晏子以口才雄辩、思维敏捷著称。有一次，齐王派遣晏子出使楚国，楚王知道晏子身材矮小，想借机羞辱他，便让人开了个五尺高的洞让他进城。晏子说：“这是个狗洞。只有访问‘狗国’，才从狗洞进去。” 楚王见了晏子，不屑地问：“齐国难道没有人了吗？”晏子说：“齐国虽人才济济，但也有个规矩：上等人访问上等国，下等人访问下等国。我最没有出息，所以被派到楚国来了。”楚王设席招待晏子时，一个齐国的囚犯被士兵押解经过大堂，便借机说齐国人太没出息。晏子回答道：“柑橘生在淮南时又大又甜，种到淮北就变得又小又苦。齐国人在本国遵纪守法、安居乐业，到了楚国却犯了罪，这难道不是风俗和环境的问题吗？”楚王再三为难晏子，却被晏子轻松化解，从此再也不敢小看晏子。

中国古人本是非常重视礼仪的，可是楚王全然不顾礼仪，只是一味地羞辱晏子，最终却反被羞辱。尊重是相互的，不尊重他人的人是不会得到对方的尊重的，只有知礼守礼的人，方能得到别人的尊重。

守义方能自立

何为义？季羡林先生曾经提及，义是义薄云天，也是光明正义；是仁爱，也是奉献；是满腔豪情，也是一身肝胆。心中有义，才能立，立于人心，亦是立于己心。

桃园三结义的故事里不乏大义：兄弟情义和家国大义。刘备、关羽、张飞三人结义，相互扶持，关张二人更是拼尽热血为刘备建功立业。诸葛亮也是因为大义，鞠躬尽瘁，死而后已。同样的情感在梁山一百单八将中也体现得淋漓尽致，梁山好汉追随大义，为民、为国，纵然最后身死，但其精神却永存不灭。他们追求义，实现义，将义存留青史，立于人心，立于己心。

古今的仁人志士充满侠肝义胆，他们豪气冲天，在捍卫真理时勇往直前。义是慷慨临刑、谈笑以对的意气扬扬；是斩首抛尸、魂迫云天的日月光辉；是名利黯淡、恶势胆寒的寒夜星辰。历史上不乏以死为中华义节续写感人的篇章之辈，他们用不朽的情操为我们树立了一座昭示后人的丰碑。

廉耻乃根本

季羡林先生曾经讲到，所谓廉便是廉洁，有廉洁之心的人，无论见到什么，都不起贪求之心，更没有想占便宜的心。所谓耻则是羞耻，凡是不合道理的事，违背良心的事，坚决不做。耻也是自尊自重，孔子曾说：“知耻近乎勇”，便是告诫世人知道错误就要学会改过，这才是真勇。

廉耻乃世人自立、立于人心的根本，做人要知廉耻、有雄心，寡廉鲜耻只会为人所不屑。

礼义廉耻是国之根本、立国立民的关键，守礼、有义、知廉耻更是为人处事的根本，只有严格要求自己，以此为准绳，国家才能崛起，民族才能自强。
