痛点创业的本质就是要做到“六项精进”
我所谈的这些经历，或许在商家看来都是一些微不足道、鸡毛蒜皮的小事，不值得一提。
对于每天要接触大量顾客的商家来说，可能确实是小事。但对于每一个具体的顾客而言，却不是小事。当无数个“小事”“小节”“小抱怨”“小痛点”累积到一定程度时，将会聚沙成塔，实现由量变到质变的逆转，到那时再意识到问题的严重性，就已经为时太晚了。
“别人懒，我们勤劳一些；别人不厚道，我们忠厚一些；别人冷漠，我们热情一些；别人不怎么样，我们好一些；别人无能，我们的能力强一些。这样自然而然地就把事情做成了。严格要求自己，关键是内因，只有勇于‘蹂躏’自己，我们的年轻人才可能以不可思议的速度成长起来。”
卓达集团杨卓舒先生的这番话，我觉得对今天的创业者也很有借鉴意义。创业者要勇于“蹂躏”自己，修炼内功，才能让顾客少一些烦恼，戳中他们的痛点。
稻盛和夫先生在《六项精进》一书中提出要做到：
付出不亚于任何人的努力；
谦虚，不要骄傲；
每天反省；
活着，就要感谢；
积善行，思利他；
忘却感性的烦恼。
痛点创业，同样需要“六项精进”，具体来说就是：
跟自己死磕，付出不亚于任何人的努力；
不断突破自己的恐惧、胆怯；
永不放松对产品品质的追求；
致力于提供更优质的服务；
在顾客体验提升上渐行渐远；
每日换位思考，研究顾客的不便、烦恼、痛点。
以这种心态去创业，去销售产品，去提供服务，去满足顾客日益挑剔的需求，创业又有何难？
在这个大众创新、万众创业的时代，有人喜欢给创业者泼冷水、唱反调。当然，个别媒体就需要这种声音来哗众取宠、博取眼球。他们认为“创业只适合极少数人”“打不了工，往往也创不了业”“创业九死一生”“创业成功就是小概率事件”，这类言论充斥于网络。
身为痛点创业者，我却并不这样认为。在我看来，无论是创业者，还是创业公司，如果是做硬件的，他们可以切中用户痛点，提供比竞争对手性价比更高的产品，提供让顾客尖叫的产品，创造出全新的产品品类；
如果是做服务的，他们可以针对现有行业中的用户烦恼，优化服务体验，让顾客流连忘返，乐于分享自己的愉快消费过程，口碑相传；
如果是做餐饮的，菜品不仅好吃，而且服务好，品质稳定，绿色又安全；
……
我相信，诸如此类的痛点创业，不应该“九死一生”，也不应该是小概率事件，其成功一定是水到渠成，自然而然的。
