陈德华，1952年出生，中文、教育管理专业本科毕业，副研究员，语文、教育心理学科中学高级教师。主要从事中学学科教学、教育心理、教育管理等领域的研究，曾承担或参与地级、省级以上立项课题研究二十余项，著述、合著各种教育类图书20余册，正式出版的主要著作有：《教育管理概论》、《教育科研过程概论》、《中小学教育科研》、《成功教育理论与实践》、《刘京海与成功教育》、《教学模式新思维》等。在全国省（市）级以上教育报刊发表论文近200篇，其中参加省（市）级、国家级教育科学研究及社会科学研究成果评选获奖的达30余项。曾被授予“全国推进素质教育先进工作者”、“中国教研骨干教师”、“中青年优秀理论工作者”、“优秀教育工作者”、“优秀科技工作者”、“十佳科技人员”等称号。
