1.让孩子掌握考试方法。孩子即使在平时有充分的准备，在考试前也难免会有焦虑的毛病。因此，家长在平时就应该让孩子把平时的练习当考试。只有孩子认真扎实地对待平时的每一次练习，才能掌握考试方法，消除考试带来的焦虑感，灵活自如地应对每一场考试。这是很多成绩优秀的学生的“法宝”之一。
