Content Description

Author Description

朱永新，1958年生，江苏大丰人。现任全国人大常委、民进中央副主席，中国教育学会副会长。苏州人学教授、博士生导师。
朱永新是中国新教育改革的发起人，被评为中国教育60年60人（2009）、改革开放30周年“中国教育风云人物”（2008）、中刚收节十人新闻人物（2007）、中国十大教育英才（2006）等。他先后求学于汀苏师范学院（今苏州大学）、上海师范大学、同济大学、复旦大学，主修教育心理学。曾任苏州大学教务处长、苏州市副市长、全国政协常委。20多年来，在国内外发表有天教育的论文400余篇，出版了30多部论著。

Book Abstract

中国古代学者还论述了若干时间管理的方法。一是把握今天，现在即做。明代文嘉的《今日》诗是很有代表性的：“今日复今日，今日何其少！今日又不为，此事何时了？人生百年几今日，今日不为真可惜！若言姑待明朝至，明朝又有明朝事。为君聊赋今日诗，努力请从今日始。”清代康熙皇帝在他的政治管理活动中实践了这一思想：“即如今日留一二事未理，明日即多一二事矣。若明日再务安闲，则日后愈多壅积，万机至重，诚难稽延。”既然时间一去不复返，昨天已经过去，明天还未到来，就必须把握住今天。宋代朱敦儒曾从反面说明了这个道理：“元是西都散汉，江南今日衰翁。从来颠怪更心风，做尽百般无用。屈指八旬将到，回头万事皆空。云间鸿雁草间虫，共我一般做梦。”④当一个人满头青丝换白发，再想追回逝去的时光，已是水中捞月不可能了。
二是见缝插针，提高效率。古人很重视提高时间的利用率，如葛洪说：“不饱食以终日，不弃功于寸阴；鉴逝川之勉志，悼过隙之电速；割游情之不急，损人间之末务；洗忧贫之心，遣广愿之秽，息畋猎博弈之游戏，矫昼寝坐睡之懈怠。”②这里实际上有两层意思，一是“不饱食终日”，即充实自己的生活，使活动尽可能紧凑完善；二是“损人间之末务”，即减小那些斗鸡走狗、畋猎博弈、迎来送往等与活动目标无关的内容，集中精力于目标活动。中国古代的车胤囊萤、孙康映雪、倪宽“带经而锄”、董遇“三余读书”等都是这方面的典范。另外，中国古代学者也初步认识到时间统计的意义，朱熹的“自督”、司马光的“日检”都可称为时间统计的滥觞。
