Content Description

《世纪心理学丛书15：犯罪心理学》之写作，既有我们自己的独立见解，又不囿于作者的理论观点，尽力做到博采众长，较为全面地反映国内外学者的最新研究成果。对于各学派的观点，力求客观介绍，不作褒贬之评论，使读者了解其本意。在古今资料之采用上，既要以现实研究为主体，又要对古代犯罪心理学思想作一定的介绍，以求古今为用。在理论与应用的关系上，既要探讨理论，又时时着眼于应用，希冀对刑事司法工作者有所帮助。为此，在体系结构上采用了准广义的犯罪心理学体系，即在基本理论、类型论的基础上，增写了对策论的内容。

Author Description

罗大华教授。1936年8月生，福建省武平县人。1955年7月毕业于福建省长汀师范学校后，从事小学教育工作1年。1956年9月至1960年7月就学于上海华东师范大学教育系，1960年8月分配到北京政法学院（即中国政法大学前身）任教至今。1990年12月晋升为教授。新中国犯罪心理学科主要创始人之一。多年从事犯罪心理学、刑事司法心理学、证言心理学、罪犯矫治心理学等学科的研究与教学工作。主要著作有：《犯罪心理学》、《法制心理学词典》、《司法心理学》、《罪犯改造心理学》、《证人证言心理》等。现任中国政法大学犯罪心理学研究中心主任，硕士研究生导师，兼任中国心理学会常务理事、法制心理专业委员会主任，中国犯罪学研究会常务理事、犯罪与矫治心理学专业委员会主任，中国社会心理学会常务理事，中国家庭教育学会常务理事，中国警察学会学术委员会委员，北京市社会心理学会常务理事，北京市关心青少年教育协会常务理事，北京市心理卫生协会理事，北京市法学会理事，北京市监狱学会顾问。《检察日报》等报刊介绍过其事迹。1992年享受国务院政府特殊津贴。其传略被辑入《法律心理学大词典》、《中华法学大辞典》、《中国当代教育名人大辞典》等辞书。
