体育训练有妙用奥运会上，我国运动健儿勇夺金牌，为国争光，那他们的训练有什么诀窍呢？在体育训练中，尤其是那些技术动作复杂、难度大的体育项目，会使运动员产生畏惧心理，从而影响训练和比赛成绩。有经验的教练员会科学地利用错觉规律，排除错觉干扰，合理地运用错觉来更好地发掘运动员们的潜能，使运动员更快地掌握正确的动作技能，切实有效地提高训练质量。如在跳高训练中，将跳高架的两根支撑架尽量摆得开些，增加横杆的长度，高度就会显得低些，或者把沙池里的沙堆得高高的或把海绵垫放高些，在这样的背景衬托下，横杆的高度会被“变”得低些。这能有效减少或消除运动员过杆时的恐惧心理，增加其相对平静和轻松的心理，从而使运动员的爆发力和技巧得到最好的发挥。当然还有许多别的例子：在田径训练中，把铅球等涂成浅颜色(如白色)，会使运动员感到比涂成深颜色(如黑色)轻些，能把同一重量的铅球推得更远，有利于提高成绩。划船运动员平时在狭窄的河道里进行训练，一旦正式比赛，到了宽阔的湖面上，顿时精神大振，和训练时一样的距离，但在心理上却会觉得短了许多。在射击训练时，往往会先练习轻枪，再练习重枪，使运动员情绪稳定，持枪更稳。在排球比赛中，由于体育馆天花板上灯光刺眼，因此发高球就易使对方因看不清下落的排球，而造成接球失误。日常生活少不了错觉现象的运用还深入我们生活中的各个角落。在建筑装修中，视错觉的应用是一个非常重要的部分。我们很多时候可能为了产生特殊或更佳的效果，也可以是为了改善某种缺陷而利用视错觉。如一个较小的居室里，如果墙壁涂上浅颜色，甚至装上一面镜子，在屋中央(而非靠墙) 使用一些较低的沙发、椅子和桌子，房间看起来也会更宽敞。较低的天花板给人压抑的感觉，但涂上淡蓝色等明度高的冷色，就可以从感觉上拉高天花板。而对于比较狭窄的墙壁，可以使用明度高的后退色，使墙壁看起来比实际位置后退了，这样也就显得宽阔了。而在寸土寸金的商铺中，如何陈列商品，直接关系到商品的销售效果。如果借鉴以上做法，在商品的陈列中充分利用镜子、灯光之类的手段，不仅能使商品显得丰富多彩，而且能减少陈列商品的数量，降低商品损耗和经营成本。在一些空间较小的区域，利用镜子、灯光等手段使空间显大，不仅能调节消费者的心情，而且也能使销售人员以好的心情为消费者服务，避免由于心情不好而造成矛盾冲突。在日常生活中，我们也可以利用壁纸的颜色、窗帘的设计、灯光的效果在不同的季节创造出不同的视觉感受，比如造成冬暖夏凉的感受。此外，不知你是否注意到，商场里物品的标价，通常都是99、98等，几乎没有100、101、102这样的价格。这是因为虽然这些价格相差只是1到 3元，但其实它们给人造成的心理感受是不一样的。98、99会让人有便宜的错觉，进而愿意购买，而100、101、102相对来说，会让人觉得贵了，购买的欲望也会大大下降。因此，商家们总是充分利用消费者的价格错觉，进行科学合理的定价，从而让自己的产品能卖得更好。再者，错觉还可以为我们的服饰加分，巧妙地利用错觉打扮自己，能让我们在充满“错误”的着装中得到正确的肯定。身材瘦小的人穿上暖色宽松的衣服，能使自己看上去丰满一些。身材丰满的人则一定不能选横条纹的衣服，因为那样会使自己看起来更为矮胖，换成竖条纹则能使人显得更为高挑。除了上述规律外，还有比如冬季的暖色衣服使人觉得温暖，夏季的冷色衣裙使人倍觉凉爽等。在实际着装中，可以根据不同场合在空间感上对服饰的色彩进行取舍：暖的色彩看上去似乎是在邀请我们，而冷的色彩却使我们望而生畏和远远躲避，例如在社交场合，可以选用红、橙、黄等暖色拉近与人的距离，同时利用面积放大的效果产生令人瞩目的效果。不得不说的是，错觉毕竟只是感官上的感受，在设计和着装中不能过分依赖它，过分地依赖、使用错觉，会使人产生视幻觉，甚至造成健康问题，只有合理、正确地利用错觉才可以帮助人们感受事物的美感，形成良好的效果。当然，错觉的神奇之处远远不止于此。许多妙不可言的错觉现象，笔者将在后面的章节中将向你逐一介绍。如果你希望自己的生活不被无心的失误跟随，更加理性和客观地看待世界、看待自己和他人，凡事做到心中有数、游刃有余，那么你可得好好读一下这本书。还等什么呢？开始阅读吧！
