为什么睡觉的时候闭眼睛
看到这个题目，大家觉得这是常识，哪有人睁着眼睛睡觉啊？其实我们就是要通过解剖生理学的知识解释一下，这种平常的不能再平常的生理现象。
其实人类很多的生理现象归到根源都是神经系统，也就是所谓的大脑。大脑对人的控制其实有两种模式：①意识控制，如肢体活动；②非意识控制，如心跳、呼吸、胃肠的蠕动等。所以人体一直都是处于动态平衡当中，其实就是所谓的抑制和兴奋之间的平衡。二者之间必须要协调好，如果不平衡人就会出现一些病态的特征，但是这种病态特征不会轻易出现，因为人的高级神经系统工作是相当严密的，而且调控的精确度接近完美。所以大脑不能无休止的工作，需要休息。而人体的休息，并不是意味着全身所有器官都休息，有的是完全休息，有的是不完全休息，比如我们的骨骼肌属于完全休息，而内脏器官的工作就会减慢，但是有些也会加快工作。控制我们睁眼和闭眼的肌肉就是骨骼，人通过闭眼的方式，可以有效地切断外界光线的干扰，反之则会扰乱自己的睡眠。所以闭眼睡觉是大脑对机体本身的一种保护性措施。但是在生活中，总会遇到一些人睡觉的时候眼睛没有完全闭合，而是留出了一个小缝隙，其实这没有什么，只是控制上眼皮的肌肉每个人会有些差别，虽然没有完全闭合，但也有效地切断了外界光线的干扰。

了解人体，就是了解自我。德国的费瑞兹· 卡恩有几幅画作是把人体每个器官和部位都想象成了复杂的工厂，我们要了解人体，也需要把自己想象成一座庞大、功能齐全的工厂，而这个工厂主要是由运动、消化、呼吸、泌尿、生殖、循环、内分泌、感官、神经等九大系统来完美协调运作的。
写这本《趣味人体手册》其实是一个意外，由于我的“人体解剖教学”微博的开设，让我认识了很多志同道合的同行和朋友，尤其要特别感谢中国中医药出版社王利广编辑给予我的信任和耐心。通过与各位的交流，我对人体解剖学有了更深入的理解和洞察，也更深切地感受到大众对人体的了解很多处于模糊状态，甚至很多人对手机和电脑的了解都远远超过对自己身体的了解。普及人体科普知识的
意义由此显得更加重要与紧迫。
我更希望，读这本书的朋友，能在繁重的课业之余，或是劳累的工作之余、退休闲暇之余，获得一些人体知识和乐趣。由于本人能力有限，书中难免不尽如人意之处。
