（3）与中药制剂的配伍：奥美拉唑与复方丹参注射液混合后产生沉淀，而与清开灵、生脉、参麦注射液配伍后无外观性变化，其pH值、百分含量在4小时内变化均不大。
（4）与氨基酸的配伍：氨基酸类药物如复方氨基酸、支链氨基酸、精氨酸、腺苷蛋氨酸与奥美拉唑溶液相配伍时仅发生一过性外观混浊，数秒钟即恢复澄清，若观察不仔细很容易忽略。发生混浊即说明其化学成分发生了改变，即便恢复澄清也不再是原来的成分。
（5）与其他药物的配伍：奥美拉唑的稳定性与配伍药液的pH值密切相关，pH值较高，奥美拉唑钠与其配伍后的稳定性较好。例如，奥硝唑氯化钠注射液的pH<4.2，两药混合后，奥美拉唑钠溶液pH值由配伍前的碱性变为混合液的酸性，pH值发生明显变化，奥美拉唑钠立即发生分解，出现变色现象。
与奥美拉唑配伍后产生白色沉淀的药物还有盐酸利多卡因、盐酸罂粟碱、地西泮、盐酸异丙嗪、盐酸维拉帕米、盐酸美心律、硝酸甘油、葡醛内酯、利血平、硫酸镁、葡萄糖酸钙、苯巴比妥钠、盐酸氯丙嗪、酚内乙胺和氨甲苯酸等。
2.兰索拉唑兰索拉唑关于配伍禁忌方面的研究资料较少。有报道称，注射用兰索拉唑与丹参多酚酸盐存在配伍禁忌：取0.9%氯化钠溶液100ml+注射用兰索拉唑30mg稀释和5%葡萄糖液250ml+注射用丹参多酚酸盐200mg稀释，分别用20ml无菌注射器抽取兰索拉唑与丹参多酚酸盐各Sml混合，立即出现了黄绿色液体生成，静止24小时后仍未消失。此外，有研究报道，注射用兰索拉唑与5%碳酸氢钠亦存在配伍禁忌，两者混合后产生乳白色混浊沉淀，振荡后不消失[50]。
3.泮托拉唑现有资料表明，质子泵抑制剂泮托拉唑可能与多种药物存在配伍禁忌。氨基酸类药物如盐酸赖氨酸氯化钠、门冬氨酸鸟氨酸、谷氨酸钠，抗菌药物如硫酸阿米卡星、甲硝唑磷酸二钠、克林霉素、甲磺酸培氟沙星，维生素类如维生素B6、水溶性维生素，以及碳酸氢钠、酚磺乙胺、氨甲环酸、氨甲苯酸、氨溴索、环磷酸腺苷葡甲胺、尼卡地平、复方丹参均与泮托拉唑发生配伍反应，药液混合时出现不同程度混浊、变色[51]。
4.埃索美拉唑文献[52]报道，注射用埃索美拉唑与果糖二磷酸钠存在配伍禁忌：抽取注射用埃索美拉唑镁10ml与果糖二磷酸钠注射液10ml混合后瓶内液体变化：透明无色-透明淡黄色-浓茶色（伴有极少数黑色悬浮颗粒）-混浊铁锈色-混浊深褐色-浓茶色（黑色悬浮颗粒均匀分布），静置24小时后混合液体仍是浓茶色，部分黑色悬浮颗粒沉淀瓶底。
