看病篇
1从讳疾忌医谈起
生病是我们生活中难免会遇到的事情，有病就应去看医生。讳疾
忌医，终会危及生命。《史记》上记载有这样的事例：名医扁鹊初见齐
桓侯，即指出他有病在皮毛，不治恐怕就深入了。齐桓侯说自己无病，
并对左右的人说医生喜欢给无病的人治病而把治好病当作功劳。过了
五天，扁鹊再次见到齐桓侯，说他的病已在血脉。齐桓侯还是说自己无
病。五天后，扁鹊又一次见到齐桓侯，指出他的病已在肠胃间。齐桓侯
生气，竟不搭理扁鹊。又过了五天，扁鹊见到齐桓侯时掉头便走，齐桓
侯派人追问他这是为什么？扁鹊说齐桓侯的病已到了骨髓，没办法救
治了，因此不再请求为其医治。此后五天，齐桓侯果然病情发作，无法
医治而死。这就是讳疾忌医的典型事例。那么防微杜渐，拯救危难，在
什么情况下要看医生呢？下面提三条意见以供参考。
 身体不适已影响正常生活，而根据自己的医药知识对疾病的诊
治心中无数。
 为了保健卫生等原因而需要咨询了解有关医药保健卫生知识。
 各种紧急情况，有生命危险，需要医生帮助进行紧急救治，如车
祸、溺水、触电、工伤、中毒、昏迷、大出血、剧烈疼痛、严重吐泻等。
2 看病前的必要准备
常言道：“不打无准备之战。”看病前做些必要的准备，有利于检查
及正确诊断。下面几点参考意见或能给予一些启示。
 可能你同时有诸多不适或患有几种疾病，那么决定你去看病
的主要因素是哪个？你希望医生帮你解决的主要问题是什么？你不
妨先在头脑里理清一下。同时，也只有这样才能使你的准备更有目
的性。
 看头面皮肤病时不要化妆，准备看中医时也不宜化妆。一些能
给舌苔染色的食物（如话梅、槟榔等）也应避免在看病前服用。因为颜
面颜色、唇色、舌苔颜色等是医生看病时的一些重要观察内容。
 看咽喉、口腔疾病时，应把口嗽干净，看鼻疾时要清除鼻腔中的
分泌物。
 看妇产科时应在家洗净外阴部，末次月经日期是应该记住的。
 肝功能、血糖、胃Ｂ超及纤维镜等检查需要空腹进行，而且一般
医院都把这些检查安排在上午进行，因此当你可能要做这些检查时，不
妨忍耐一下，看病前不要吃早餐。
 如果准备看肛门或结肠疾病时，考虑可能要做检查，应先行解
净大便。
 不宜穿不便于就诊的连衣裙、连衣裤等。
3应知的医护人员职称级别
也许你到医院看病时，对在医院工作的一切穿白大褂者，不论医
生、护士、化验员、卫生员，统称为医生。实际上，医生就是从事“看病”
这一工作的，护士则从事“打针”等护理工作。他们在职称上均有不同
的称呼，而且还有级别之分，了解这一点对你也是必要的。
医生的职称从低到高依次有：医士、医师、主治医师、副主任医师、
主任医师。医师及以下职称属初级职称，主治医师属中级职称，副主任
医师及以上职称为高级职称。各职称的评定主要依据业务水平、工作
年限、学历等因素综合而定。一般医院门诊会根据各级职称的不同而
标明高低不等的挂号费。
另外，在一些大学的附属医院还有教授的专科门诊。教授是教学
职称，相当于主任医师一级，副教授相当于副主任医师一级。而某些科
室主任、副主任是指行政职务而不是职称，即说某科主任不一定是主任
医师，也可由低一级职称者来担任。
护士的职称分别是：护士、护师、主管护师、副主任护师与主任
护师。
4医院门诊分科简介
现代医学的发展已使各医院分科越来越细，初到医院的病人往往
不太熟悉医院的分科情况，或难以判断自己的病情该挂什么号、到哪个
科室去看病及做必要的检查。因此，有必要对医院门诊的分科情况作
一简介。医院门诊一般由诊室及医技科室组成。
主要诊室科别简要表述如下：
急诊科、内科、外科、妇科、儿科、神经科、内分泌科、眼科、耳鼻喉
科、皮肤科、中医科等。
规模大的医院会有更细的分科：
内科系统：心内科、呼吸内科、消化内科、内分泌内科、血液内科、
肾脏内科、神经内科、老年病内科、风湿免疫科、肿瘤科等。
外科系统：普外科、骨科、泌尿外科、胸外科、心外科、整形烧伤外
科、神经外科、麻醉科、介入血管外科、泌尿外科、肛肠科等。
专科系统：妇科、产科、男科、儿科、眼科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科、皮肤
性病科等。
其他科室：感染疾病科、中医科、中西医结合科、急诊科、放射治疗
科、肿瘤化疗科、预防保健科、心理门诊等。
医技科室：放射科、病理科、超声诊断中心、医学影像科、检验科、
心电图室、脑电图室、药剂科、输血科、核医学科、纤维（胃、肠）镜室、ＣＴ
室、磁共振室、住院处等。
中医医院可能还设有针灸科、推拿科、康复科、治未病中心、名中医
诊室等。
5各科室诊治范围概要
（1）急诊科
急诊科主要为各种紧急情况如有生命危险者、夜间紧急就诊者等
而设，其诊治范围当然包括了内、外、妇、儿、五官各科急性病种，但主要
的还是内科与外科急症。其他科急症一般经急诊科初诊后，即转送相
应科室救治。
（2）内科
凡内脏器官及其有关系统的疾病，并以药物为主要治疗措施的疾
病，归属内科诊治。内科是相对于外科而言的，因此，除了归属外科及
一些专科诊治的病种外，凡是不需要手术治疗的病种，均归属内科诊
治。大凡发热、头痛、咳嗽、咯痰、哮喘、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、腹痛、小便异
常、眼睑或下肢浮肿、眼睛外突、脾气暴躁、饮食异常等，均归属内科
诊治。
（3）外科
一般损伤，烧烫伤，体表炎症，肿瘤，乳房、四肢、脊柱、骨骼、肌肉、
血管以及肛门的疾病，归属外科诊治，一些内脏、神经、血管等相关疾病
要手术治疗者，亦归属外科范围。
（4）神经科与精神病科
神经科与精神病科是不同的。神经科主要诊治抽搐、昏迷不省人
事、偏瘫、截瘫、四肢末端疼痛或感觉障碍等疾患。精神病科的诊治范
围则是因精神因素、心理因素、社会因素造成的精神异常的疾病，如表
现为癫狂的手舞足蹈、哭笑无常、多疑、猜测、幻觉等症状。现在大多数
