Introduction

随着现代胸外科手术技术朝着精细化、微创化方向发展，对医护人员也提出了越来越高的要求。
近年来，肺癌已经位列癌症致死率第一位，明显高于其他肿瘤。胸部疾病需要行外科手术的患者呈现上升趋势，手术的种类、术式向精准化方向发展。手术技术及方式的改变也带动了手术器械、装备、消毒供应等技术的革新。
传统的胸外科开胸是采用“前胸贴后背”的方式，也就是前面的切口尽头在胸骨，后面的切口在脊柱边缘。这给患者带来了恢复时间长、术后并发症多、生活质量极度下降等问题，让患者对开胸手术产生了极大的恐惧和不安。随着科技的进步，传统的开胸手术越来越少，更多采用了腔镜手术，无论胸腔多孔镜还是单孔镜，都给患者带来了福音，但同时对医务人员的要求也越来越高，从四川大学华西医院的数据来看，术式改变后患者的住院时间缩短、疼痛减轻、恢复加快。回归社会的时间缩短，生命质量得到了提升。
本书就术式及路径采用图解的形式对常规的手术体位、消毒铺巾、器械的选择、设备的准备、手术方式、路径及医护配合等做了详细的介绍。对于手术方式，就传统的术式、腔镜术式分别进行阐述。全书对手术患者医护配合关键内容进行了描述，意在为临床一线护士提供参考，使手术更加安全、流畅，通过术式的图解，让手术室护士了解医师的手术路径，做到彼此之间配合默契，提高手术的成功率，减少患者的并发症及院内感染，进而缩短住院时间，提升患者的就医满意度，最终服务于广大患者。
本书在编撰过程中得到了四川大学华西医院胸外科各位教授、医师的大力协助，在此特别感谢各位同仁在编写过程中提供的对图片、术式等的指导和修改意见。
本书基于华西医院手术室的条件、环境及手术流程、医护配合经验总结，由于编者水平有限。难免有以偏概全之嫌，不足与疏漏之处也在所难免。尚祈读者不吝指正。
