Book Abstract

3．3自动化测试实现的工具无关性

虽然我已经给大家列举了一些脚本语言相比系统程序设计语言在自动化测试中的优越性，但是如果你问我，什么工具在自动化测试中是最好的，我却无法回答。

首先脚本语言与系统程序设计语言并无明显界限；其次开发的效率和实现的效率在不同的测试任务中要求也不尽相同；而最主要的是“萝卜白菜各有所爱”，而哪一款是你最钟爱的，只有你自己知道。

如同经典的俄罗斯方块被很多人使用各种各样的语言实现一样，自动化测试任务也同样可以使用各种不同的工具来实现。有些是针对测试开发出来的工具，而在游戏测试中可能会使用到更多不是针对测试但是却可以运用于测试的工具。因此我在这里想告诫那些追求精通某一工具的人，可能对于你来说，多关注测试思想而不是工具更重要。在后面综合实例中的跳棋游戏，充分体现了这种工具的无关性。

那么对于初学者应该从何入手昵？我个人认为，只要把握住以下几点就好了。

首先是相信你试用时的感觉，选择你最喜欢的、最上手的那一款，而不一定是最强大的那个；衣服再漂亮也要合体才可以。

其次，看看该款工具是否能够完成多数日常自动化测试任务。虽然并不要求某一工具可以完成自己所有的自动化测试任务，但是按照2／8原则，至少你常用的自动化工具应该能够满足你多数情况的需要。

再次，作为测试中所使用到的自动化工具，尤其是游戏测试，该工具应具有较好的灵活性和可扩展性，也就是我们前面提到的脚本语言的胶着性。

接下来应该考虑该工具的资料完备性。除了流行的编程工具外，很多用于自动化测试的工具，并没有数量众多的书籍可以学习，更多的只是它自带的联机帮助，以及部分网上可以搜索到的介绍文档。如果这些内容不够详尽，往往会给你使用工具带来很多麻烦。

最后，由于版权和费用问题，游戏测试中可以更多地尝试一些开源、免费或者是价格便宜的小工具。

我本人也使用过多种语言和工具，它们各有优劣，但是本书中实现案例较多的是用AutoIt3。因为其免费、实用、功能强大，所以后续案例如果没有特别说明，就均是由AutoIt3语言编写的脚本。

3．4功能自动化测试实现三要点

每个人在想到自动化测试要点的时候因为出发点不同（有基于应用领域的，有基于实现技术的），所以结果必然也有诸多差异。在这里我基于自动化就是代替人的手工劳动的观点，按照阶段划分，将自动化实现归结为3个要点。即自动执行、状态识别和逻辑处理。

我们先来简单分解一下人手工操作的过程。我们首先是查看软件状态，然后根据得到的观察结果决定我们接下来的操作内容，执行操作，最后我们再根据软件状态变化结果得出执行成功或者失败的结论。

自动化要代替人手工劳动，就要依次模拟人的行为，也就是首先进行软件的状态识别，得到当前状态，其次依据获取到的软件及环境信息进行逻辑处理，再次根据逻辑结果自动操作软件，最后再次对软件状态进行识别和判断，以便记录测试执行结果。这样我们就不难看出归结出来的3个自动化测试实现要点。
