二、水的结构及其性质
（一）水的结构
水是一种最普通又最简单的物质。水的分子式是H2O，相对分子质量只有18，并以气态、液态、固态的形式存在。水分子有2个氢原子各靠单键与1个氧原子连接所组成。大多数氢原子具有单一质子组成的核。2个氢原子各靠单键与1个氧原子的结合角度为105°，受外界作用影响时容易发生变化。
氢原子的负极性较大，氢原子的电子受氧原子的吸引。负极中心与正电荷中心不重合，整个分子为极性分子。
水分子之间除总范德华力外，还可由弱的氢键结合为大水分子团，这种分子团具有间隙较大的结晶结构。水分子团的这种结构是一种动态结合，其稳定存在时间只有10～12秒，即不断有某些水分子加入到某个水分子团中，又有某些水分子离开水分子团。而分子团大小只是一个平均数。在室温下，一般水的分子团大小为30～40个水分子。水的神秘之处就在于这个水分子团。
