Book Abstract

③中药烫疗：选用活血化瘀、舒筋通络中药组方。透骨草、伸筋草各25g，当归、红花、川芎、乳香、没药、桂枝、葛根、羌活、独活、细辛各15g，如急性期可加五味子、白芍等，缓解期可加补肝肾、强筋骨的药物，装入一事先缝好的布袋中，扎紧袋口浸湿药物，放到蒸锅里蒸透，取出后用毛巾包裹放在颈部、肩部进行热敷治疗，每次30分钟左右，每日一次。温度以能耐受为度，避免烫伤。
所有热敷治疗最易出现的问题是局部治疗区的烫伤，患者应根据年龄、体质、热疗方法的不同，掌握适宜的温度。禁止在皮肤病变及破损处进行热疗。如出现局部皮肤烫伤，应立即采用凉水或冰块局部冷敷，如有水疱出现，不可把疱弄破，更不可随意涂抹牙膏、酱油或外用药膏，应在冷敷的同时尽快到医院就诊。
（5）固定疗法。固定疗法指采用颈围、颈托或支架固定，起到颈部制动和保护的作用，能减轻头对颈部的负荷，使颈部肌肉得以放松，通常适用于脊髓型和急性发作期或症状较重的病人，但不宜长期戴用，以免发生颈背部肌肉萎缩和关节僵硬、固定依赖等不良后果。颈围可用石膏也可用塑料加垫制作而成，轻便、易携带。颈托上面托住下颌和枕骨，下面抵住双肩，前面胸部和后面背部稍延长以阻止前后活动。颈托的活动范围较颈围小，制动效果好。支架是用皮革和钢条制作的，前面两钢条上端为下颌托，下为胸部护片；后面两根钢条上端为枕骨托，下为背部护片，各有三条皮带前后连接，中间皮带通过肩部两块垫片，收紧皮带可使枕颌与两肩距离加大而增加牵引力。
（6）推拿疗法。适当地按摩及推拿，对部分颈椎病患者效果明显。其主要作用机制及具体方法详见颈椎病治疗章节。

颈椎病是由于颈椎间盘退行性变、颈椎骨质增生所引起的一系列临床症状的综合征。颈椎病可分为颈型、神经根型、脊髓型、椎动脉型、交感神经型和混合型，临床常表现为颈、肩臂、肩胛上背及胸前区疼痛不适，手臂麻木无力，肌肉萎缩，头晕头痛等，严重的甚至可出现四肢瘫痪。可发生于任何年龄，以40岁以上的中老年人居多。颈椎病是多种疾病的根源，其退行性病变是一个长期、缓慢的过程，并非一日之寒。该病具有发病率高，治疗时间长，治疗后极易复发等特点。颈椎病是临床上困惑较多的疾患，同时也是影响广大百姓健康的常见疾病之一。
