美安在草創初期，吸引了不少看懂商機的華人加入，像是甫開幕6個月就投入經營的Vikki Lee，個人業績收入從第一年的1萬美金，迅速的在第二年攀升至5萬美金，當她辭去原本的工作專注在美安之後，第三年果然一舉突破10萬美金的收入。
