假性親密關係

假性親密關係（irrelationship）不是一個嚴肅的心理學術語，但這個詞卻相當生動地描繪了一種常見的情景：一方面，兩個人的生活或許已經非常緊密地關聯在一起，一切日常活動都圍繞著彼此安排，住在同一個屋簷下，經營著婚姻或家庭生活；另一方面，不知從什麼時候開始，兩人之間開始有了愈來愈多無法探討的話題、不敢表達的情緒，以及難以掩飾的不信任和不安全感。

當兩人看似親密地長期相處，但是情感問題一直存在，卻無法被察覺和解決時，假性親密關係就產生了。這樣的關係中有很多雙方小心迴避的禁區，也有很多被忽略的盲區，讓本來可以更加親近的關係止於小心翼翼和心照不宣。

如今，伴侶之間的假性親密關係是非常普遍的。相戀數年卻不瞭解彼此的成長經歷，即將走入婚姻卻並不瞭解彼此的婚戀觀念，尤其是夫妻之間，生活在同一個屋簷下卻貌合神離的例子比比皆是。我相信沒有人願意在這樣的關係中度過餘生，我也相信那些未婚的人更希望提前做好準備以避免這種狀況的發生。

過去的五年中，我以心理諮詢師（注：同台灣諮商心理師。）和人際關係培訓師的身分幫助許多伴侶們克服關係中的障礙，建立更親密的感情。他們中有很多人，都帶著對愛的真誠渴望建立起親密關係，也曾一度感到與愛人非常親近，並因這種親近的感覺而組建了家庭。可是賺錢養家令人疲憊，日復一日的相處讓人產生惰性，他們的關係停止成長，一輪又一輪的挑戰和衝突讓親近的感覺開始消退。親密感成了昨日的美好記憶，而對於未來的關係發展，只剩下愈來愈多的迷茫和擔憂。

我們的社會，對於什麼是親密關係已經做出了非常多的描述和界定。週末的燭光晚餐，忐忑不安的表白，羞澀的牽手和初吻，情人節的巧克力和玫瑰花，雪白的婚紗和盛大的婚禮……似乎當兩個人經歷了這些過程，關係自然會變得十分親密。可事實上，合乎普世價值觀的儀式並不能保障深入持續的親密感。

真正的親密，是由兩個人關係的品質、情感的聯結、溝通的深度，以及對彼此的理解和信任來決定的。令人遺憾的是，這些建立和維護關係的能力，在我們的家庭教育和學校教育中普遍比較缺失，很多人並不懂得具體要怎麼做，所以只能觀察、模仿一些流程化、儀式化的東西。 真愛為什麼會摻假

在我的來訪者中，遇到假性親密關係問題的伴侶們往往具有這樣一些特點：

首先，他們並不真正瞭解自己。許多人不清楚自己為什麼戀愛、結婚，也不確定自己希望從感情中獲得什麼。當我問他們「你能想像的最好的感情是什麼樣的」，他們往往一臉茫然。替代他們做出婚戀決定的，往往是家人或世俗的壓力，「糊裡糊塗先把婚結了再說」是常見的心態。

其次，很多伴侶並不完全瞭解彼此。他們雖然在形式上非常親近，甚至習慣了彼此的存在，但是並不瞭解對方對於情感、性、金錢、生育、精神追求等問題的看法。很多人是糊裡糊塗地走進婚姻的，並沒有意識到作為夫妻，他們需要達成怎樣的默契。而當關係出現問題、兩個人不得不坐下來談談時，才會意識到「他（她）居然是這樣一個人」，於是進退兩難。

最後，很多人自身的心理問題阻礙了親密關係的發展。他們的原生家庭和成長經歷從負面影響著他們與他人的相處方式。親密關係中情感的表達、信任的建立、矛盾衝突的處理，都會受到個人心理問題的影響。隨著相處時間的增多，這些問題會愈發明顯。

理想的關係，應該是不斷成長和成熟的。但是由於這些原因，很多親密關係很早就停止了成長，伴侶之間為了避免衝突，謹慎地迴避著一些重要或者敏感的話題。兩個人對彼此的瞭解、接納和信任並沒有隨著交往時間漸長而增多，相處也僅僅依賴於習慣、義務和責任。

假性親密關係怎麼破？

我在情感和心理諮商工作中發現，一方面很多人對自己的情緒模式缺乏覺察和思索；另一方面，在遇到衝突時，兩個人缺少尋求專業幫助的意識。因此會反覆在一些瑣碎事務上爭論，卻忽略了對錯背後往往隱藏著更深層的匱乏和不滿足。情感交流不暢、瞭解和信任的缺失感被放大，導致誤解和錯誤的表達，才是問題的根本。

要避免出現這種狀況，最關鍵的一點是要重視建設高品質的關係。作為具有獨立人格的成年人，性格和情感表達方式一定有很多差異，需要有效的溝通、理智的探討和積極的表達，共同面對可能出現的問題。我們容易被生活的瑣事分心，或者太忙於工作。重視關係意味著無論多忙，兩個人也會安排時間，專注於讓關係成長的事情。如何溝通也是一個極為重要的問題。關於溝通，應該不僅僅關注具體的事件，更應該關注兩個人在關係中的角色、期待、評價和感受。對於反覆出現的問題，下次如何共同解決；久未表達的想法，是否可以在此刻和盤托出等等。只有不斷地反思和探討，才能鑄就高質量的關係。

如果兩人已經過多地相互傷害，彼此都傷痕累累、疲憊不堪時才尋求幫助，恐怕連專業人士也無能為力了。

另外，不是所有不理想的感情都存在假性親密關係。當兩人之間存在巨大的差異，即使理解彼此也難以接納和認同時，這種關係就是不合適的關係。假性親密關係描述的是親密關係中的盲區和未被解鎖的狀態，而不合適是假設所有盲區都已解鎖，依然無法接納彼此。兩個人愈親近，是否合適的問題就會愈清晰。由於害怕面對不合適的真相而迴避更進一步的親密，是許多假性親密關係的成因。

破解假性親密關係，是一個需要細心和勇氣的過程。我總和我的來訪者說，親密關係是建立在坦誠的基礎上的，不合適、不喜歡的話，不要忽視，因為遲早要面對。世界上或許沒有絕對合適的關係，兩個人共同努力建立的親密和信任，才是求同存異的基礎。
