輯一「沒說的話」，詩人向內挖掘心理或感情上不敢處理的部分、自卑所引發的情節，以及因為過程中的某些遺憾所造成的無法傳達、後悔與念舊。

輯二「落地生存」，自覺自省，重新在一次次的文字中認知自己檢視自己。

輯三「過分浪漫」，為你我心中多出的浪漫說些話，想些溫柔的事，期許自己成為一個更柔軟的人。
