Book Abstract

1.我第一次患上重度抑郁症是在十六岁的时候。那时我已经被进食障碍折磨了好几年，相当悲惨，经常住院。但抑郁症不一样，它就像一个又疯又傻的人一边狞笑，一边开着蒸汽压路机破门而入，把我的人生碾平，只留下一片凄惨的虚无。我并不是不在乎自己的生活，而是没有能力在乎它了。

2.我会忘记自己是有能力做事的，只不过大脑太爱东想西想。我会转而认为自己是个极度糟糕、一事无成的白痴。这种状态相当可怕，令我孤立无援。和应对类似的病症一样，我需要经历一个过程才能意识到自己陷入了这种状态，从而相信自己的判断，开始积极地进行自我调控，而这个过程无异于打一场硬仗。

3.请勿践踏草地。

请勿因为草比你好，就对着草尖叫。

刚坠入爱河的情侣，请去别处秀恩爱，不要破坏孤独之人的生活。

请向大自然致敬，方法是在落叶里打滚，同时以固定的间隔大喊“居无定所”。
