We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Rest assured; your order will be fully refunded once we receive your return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Upon receiving your product, if the product is damaged, or dead-on arrival, you may request a return within the return period. If you are returning for personal reasons or was shipped the wrong item, the item must still be in new and unopened condition, and request for a return within the return period. This includes but is not limited to: 1. Normal wear and tear. 2. Any improper use of the blanket. 3. Minor imperfections such as slight cosmetic flaws. 4. Stains, tears, burns, and discoloration that occur over time and/or are caused by the user. 5. Any blanket purchased from a non-authorized Marseille distributor. 6. Damage caused by animals, rodents, or children. 7. Naturally occurring aromas from polyester, or other materials.
