Content Description

姚荷生是我国著名中医学家，自少年时期即跟其叔父名中医姚国美先生学习中医。临证70年，学识博大，辨证精良，被蒲辅周先生称为“专家的专家”。
《近现代名中医未刊著作精品集·“赣江姚氏”中医丛书：中医内科学评讲》内容为姚荷生先生通讲《中医内科学讲义》的课堂实录，条分缕析，规矩谨严，点拨窍奥，精彩纷呈，诚属难得之佳作。《中医内科学讲义》系中医院校试用教材，1960年由人民卫生出版社出版，中医界习称其为“一版教材”。本次整理，教材内容用楷体显示，姚先生评讲内容用宋体显示。

Author Description

姚荷生（1911.6-1997.1），曾任江西中医学院院长，中医理论和临床大家。擅长于中医辨证论治，更精于《伤寒》六经辨治，临床疗效甚高。
姚荷生先生自少年时期即跟其叔父名中医姚国美先生学习中医，青年时期（20世纪30年代初）又考入姚国美创办的“江西中医专门学校”学医。1950年争取到中央与地方政府的支持在江西成立了全国第一家中医医院——江西中医实验院，担任该院负责业务的副院长。并号召社会贤达集资创办了全国解放后第一份中医杂志-《江西中医药》，担任实际主编。在江西省及中南地区乃至全国的中医界享有极高的声誉。名医蒲辅周先生称他是“专家的专家”。

补充内容
1.就呕吐物言，根据文献与临床就有：食物、水、痰涎、蛔虫、脓血、药、胆汁、粪便，由于呕吐物不同，也可见病因的大概。
（1）吐药的问题：有一种是值得我们注意的，那就是临病人问所便，病人之所喜者，必其所不足；病人之所恶者，必其所有余。从结果可以看出自己判断的正确，以至不犯其禁。如《伤寒论》“酒客不可服桂枝汤，因酒客不喜甘故也”、“服桂枝汤呕者，其后必吐脓血也”，有湿者恶甘，因甘能满中。
在急性病要作服药预后，根据机理判断，会产生哪些应有与不应有的反应，不应有反应一一根据药理，服药下去没有引起呕吐可能，根据病理、病势也非借呕而解，但结果是服药下去病人就反胃难过要呕，这出于意料之外，这起码原因是忽略酒客不喜甘，还是诊断发生了错误。
还有应当用此药，而根本不接受，所谓白通加猪胆汁人尿主之，即重者从之之谓。
（2）再是中毒（药有毒），毒物事先应用经过炮制就注意了。还有一种应有反应——呕吐。或病应得呕吐而解，在上者因而越之，如瓜蒂散证，或服药后有意识引起其吐，这事先都应交待病家，这有意识的吐不可能不吐药。有一种根本不同吐法，不用吐药，但病理机制一定要借呕吐而解，无论停痰、停食、停水，我们不必用呕吐药，反而用降逆药，但是吐了，这是应有反应——痰、食、水停滞于中上地带，自己本身都有欲吐之势，而与药搏斗，因而呕吐，药虽吐掉，痰、水、食也全带出来了。这样就要预先告诉病人，如闻药即吐，或服一口即要吐，就要告诉他用舌顶上腭，暂时平住呕势，待慢慢服完药物，再探吐一下，则痰、食、水吐出十分之七八，而药物仅吐出十之一二。
2.就呕势言如饮食入口即吐，此不是有热，便是病邪阻滞在上；久久吐出，此为虚寒或病邪阻滞在下；呕吐而利，此为太阴病（一般虚寒，特别是脾虚寒）；微吐，此病势较轻，或有点寒；干呕，此一般病不在胃，如肝气犯胃，为其他（痰饮、情志病）侵凌胃所致，另外，为有热、燥，或胃阴不足；欲呕或欲吐，不一定呕吐，有病势轻重，另外病者喜恶，如喜呕.欲得呕而后快（或确有物，或为其他刺激），或经常呕，这一般病势较轻；欲吐不得，为干霍乱闭住，或停积特别厉害，其他刺激及胃本身均有，很厉害；恶逆，为干呕轻证，为有形食物不多，寒湿滞气不多。

Introduction

家父的遗著《中医内科学评讲》即将出版，对此我心存感激，感谢众多为这本书的出版而尽心出力的朋友与同事，也感谢人民卫生出版社看中这一选题。有关家父的简略生平、为人处世、治学视疾，我已在“作者简介”中进行了概述，在此就不再重复。仅就本书的成书过程稍加补充，用以说明中医治学之不易，传承之必须。
1957年，家父工作的重心转入书斋，着力进行中医文献的整理与研究，由于家父的中医学术根底和临床疗效在江西省的影响，故被江西中医学院延聘，为本科班讲授《中医内科学》。对家父而言这是培养中医人才的机会，必须努力讲好的。为此，他在完成正常的研究工作之外，奋力备课，针对当时并不完备的《中医内科学》-版教材，旁征博引了200多种历代中医内科名著，尤其是增添了大量自己的临床心得体验和案例，以丰富教材内容，并且对教材中的具体内容进行了褒贬。在备课的过程中，他甚至萌发过由他自己来编写一部《中医内科学》的念头。
当时的听课者主要是江西中医学院66届（1960-1966年）的本科学生，再就是一部分学院的中青年教师。
以家父的学识以及为此而作的准备，一开讲，便顿时引来截然相反的评价，赞赏者大呼“过瘾”，批评者认为脱离了教材，如坠云里雾中，尤其是对教材的针砭更觉不能接受，个别批评者甚至联系到家父当时的“右派”身份。为此，家父经冷静分析，认为如此讲授，确易使初学者难以复习和记忆，遂将扩充和发挥式的讲课方式，改为依教材顺序逐段逐句的评讲，并尽量采用板书的形式，而原先准备的资料则择要融于这种讲评之中。这种讲课方法，被所有听课者欣然接受，并取得了良好的教学效果。
家父的课堂讲评终至成书，我在此还要真诚地感谢我的学长邓必隆教授。邓教授当时是那个班里好学用功的学生，后来成为家父的高足和学术传承人之一。他听课中全神贯注，记录下全部的板书以及尽可能的语言叙述。毕业工作后，他又花了一年多的时间，认真整理这些笔记共计三大本。
近年，邓必隆教授将这三大本笔记献于成立不久的姚荷生研究室，后又经研究室相关研究人员一年多的努力，这部评讲体中医著作终于呈现于读者面前。
