情感独立，才能不面临悬崖峭壁
从事文字工作这些年，无论是被约稿，还是业余写书，最沉重的标题，就是这个了。
几乎每天，都会接收到一大摞这样的呼救信：
救救我吧，告诉我如何才能让他（重新）爱上我，如何才能让他回心转意？如何才能保佑他爱我到永远？要知道，没有他的爱，我一天都活不下去。
不要以为发出这种哀号的都是靠男人吃饭的“寄生虫”，其中绝不乏这样的女性，她们有独特的气质和个性，有独到的见解和思维，在工作中，即使不算事业有成，也称得上独当一面。她们不依靠男人生活，一切都由自己轻松买单，甚至是被男人依靠。她们与男人在经济基础上平等对话，可情感上却备受折磨，她们脆弱敏感无助，她们可以把工作安排得很好，但却不能安排好自己的感情。事业上无限风光在险峰，感情上无限苦逼在绝壁。

当然，不能因为情有可原就放任沉沦，要想活得舒坦有尊严，还是要自己给自己争气，尽可能地寻求精神自立。
⑴女人的情感要独立
对女人来说，情感独立比经济独立还要重要，因为历来男女有别，男人是活动在物质中，女人却活在精神里。女人的精神世界是无比神秘和无比丰富的诱人世界。女人精神独立是对自己的确认。当女人的精神世界被别人支配时，这个女人就十分悲哀。女人可以在自己的精神世界里建立起一个美好的王国，当她自豪地感觉到是这个王国的女皇时，就会在现实生活中找到自信。女人精神独立主要体现在她思想是受自己支配，而不是被人牵引或为别人盲目修改自己的行为。而女人是感情动物，感情不独立的女人，就谈不上精神独立，男人的一句甜言蜜语能把她送到天堂，一个厌烦的表情让她坠入地狱。这样情感状态下的女人只能是受控的棋子。
情感上的独立才是真正意义的独立。这样的女人犹如一道绚丽的彩虹，有着可以调和世界的色彩；犹如一棵挺拔柔韧的树，可以独自撑起自己的天空。做情感独立的女人有时比成就一项事业还难，因为这不仅需要战胜骨子里潜伏的传统观念，还要在伸手可及的幸福和诱惑面前战胜自己。
情感独立的女人即便嫁个富男，也只是锦上添花。即便沐爱河进围城，也只是为了让生活更加多姿多彩，不为追求心灵的港湾。精神的天地无限宽广，女人只要在其中给男人留下一亩三分田就足够了，其余的空间留着创造自己的世界，当自己的世界异彩纷呈时，即便男人那块小田荒了，又有何妨？

先说爱情。女人，就是这么没出息，她们是非常可爱又可怜的情感小尤物，通常把安全感一厢情愿地拴在男人身上。“你爱我吗？”“你真的爱我吗？”“你会永远这样爱我吗？”女人总是乐此不疲地问这些傻问题，甚至，会设置场景考验男人，最为经典的难以回答的问题莫过于：“如果我和你妈同时掉进水里，你会先救谁？”
当一个女人听到满意的答案，就肯定男人爱自己，就会产生情感安全感；反之，则感到无依无靠没着没落。

首先，要给自己健康的身体。健康的身体是你存活于人世最基本的资本。要永远牢记健康第一，要坚信自己是最好的医生。没有健康，一切都免谈。身体好了，就有活力和自信，即使失败了，也可以重头再来。否则，根本没有臭美的资本，更没有翻牌的机会。

最后，不要害怕失去。人生就像硬币，有正反两面，有得就有失，得失利弊很难分清，这方面得到一些，另一方面就会失去一些。这是一定的。要求太多，原本就是不现实的。物质的东西，能拥有什么就享受什么，快乐和金钱关系不大。至于男人，有爱的时候就好好爱，无爱的时候也要好好活。这个世界没有谁离开谁不能活，只有谁离开谁，谁会活得更好，谁会活得更精彩，而你必定要做那个活得更好、更精彩的人。
