Book Abstract

语音识别是模式识别的一个分支，又从属于信号处理学科领域，同时与语音学、语言学、数理统计及神经生物学等学科有非常密切的关系。语音识别的目的就是让机器“听懂”人类口述的语言，包括两个方面的含义：其一是逐字逐句听懂并转化成书面语言文字；其二是对口述语言中所包含的要求或询问加以理解，做出正确响应，而不拘泥于所有词的正确转换。

语音识别的基本原理及过程语音识别系统可以分为：特定人与非特定人的识别、独立词与连续词的识别、小词汇量与大词汇量以及无限词汇量的识别。无论采用哪种语音识别系统，其基本原理和处理方法都大体类似，都是使用特定的语音合成库合成自然语音，把用户要求的文本转换成语音，然后进行朗读。
自动语音识别技术有3个基本条件：首先，语音信号中的语言信息是按照短时幅度谱的时间变化模式来编码；其次，语音是可以阅读的，即它的声学信号可以在不考虑说话人试图传达的信息内容的情况下用数十个具有区别性的、离散的符号来表示；第三，语音交互是一个认知过程，因而不能与语言的语法、语义和语用结构割裂开来。
语音识别过程主要包括语音信号的预处理、特征提取、模式匹配等部分。预处理包括预滤波、采样和量化、加窗、端点检测、预加重等过程。语音信号识别最重要的一环就是特征提取，所提取的参数必须满足：①能有效地代表语音特征，具有很好的区分性；②各阶参数之间有良好的独立性；③特征参数要计算方便，最好有高效的算法，以保证语音识别的实时实现。具体识别过程如下。

教育部高等学校计算机基础课程教学指导委员会在《高等学校计算机基础教学发展战略研究报告暨计算机基础课程教学基本要求》（以下简称《基本要求》）中指出，党的“十七大”提出了我国要从改造传统工业入手，走工业与信息技术相融合的新型工业化道路。为此，需要培养大批新一代“专业+信息”的工程技术人才。作为信息技术的核心，计算机基础教育的重要性被提到了空前的高度，计算机基础课程在高等学校确立了公共基础课的地位。在实施高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革的进程中，计算机基础的教学改革朝着高水平、应用化、规范化方向推进。
在完成教育部高等学校计算机基础课程教学指导委员会课题的过程中，我们组织了十余所高等学校计算机基础教学的负责人和一线教师，对这些高等学校中几千名本科生以问卷的形式对计算机基础教育现状进行了抽样调查，内容涉及了大学生起始计算机技能基本情况、目前课程安排和课程效果评价3个方面，着重了解了当代大学生对计算机基础教育的新需求及对计算机基础课程的意见与建议等。通过对这些调查问卷进行科学的分析，我们得到一些计算机基础教学课程体系改革的启示。在此基础上，按照《基本要求》的精神，结合计算机技术发展和应用的实际，以“知识-技能-能力”培养为目标，对计算机基础课程体系进行了重新的设计和调整，构建了“大学计算机基础+X门计算机应用课程”和“程序设计基础+X门计算机应用课程”两种“1+X”课程体系模式，形成了新型的计算机基础课程教学方案。
