第二章手太阴肺经
手太阴肺经是十二经脉循行的起始经脉，经脉的循行与肺脏相连，并向下与大肠相联络。所以，肺与大肠是相表里的脏腑。肺脏在五脏六腑中位置最高，呈圆锥形，其叶下垂，很像战国时期马车的伞盖，因此有“五脏六腑之华盖”之称。
中府
部位：在胸部，横平第1肋间隙，锁骨下窝外侧，前正中线旁开6寸。
作用：宣肺止咳。主治肺炎、哮喘、胸痛、肺结核、支气管扩张。
云门
部位：在胸部，锁骨下窝凹陷中，肩胛骨喙突内缘，前正中线旁开6寸。
作用：理气止痛。主治咳嗽、气喘、胸痛、肩痛、肩关节内侧痛等。
天府
部位：在臂前部，腋前纹头下3寸，肱二头肌桡侧缘处。
作用：止咳化痰。主治咳嗽、气喘、鼻塞、上臂内侧疼痛等。
侠白
部位：在臂前部，腋前纹头下4寸，肱二头肌桡侧缘处。
作用：宽胸和胃，宣肺理气。主治咳嗽、气喘、干呕、肋间神经痛。
尺泽
部位：在肘部，肘横纹上，肱二头肌腱桡侧缘凹陷中。
作用：清泻肺热，通络止痛。主治气管炎、咳嗽、咯血、咽喉肿痛、过敏、湿疹、肘臂痉挛疼痛、膝关节疼痛。

肺经禁忌：拍打该经循行部位时，不可用力过度。尽量不要选择在寅时拍打或按摩，以免影响睡眠质量，造成精力下降。
