金正昆：教授，1959年出生，资深、权威的国际商务礼仪专家、外交部礼宾司礼仪顾问、博士生导师，中国人民大学国际关系学院外交学系主任、礼仪与公共关系研究中心主任。并兼任政府多部门、北京礼仪学院顾问。研究领域涉及外交学、礼仪学、传播学等。
金教授是近年活跃在人际沟通与社交礼仪讲台上的风云人物，不但受到人大学子拥戴，更经常为大型企业及政府部门进行礼仪及人际沟通技能的培训。
目前在中国人民大学为研究生、本科生及函授生开设《外交学理论与实务》、《国际礼仪》、《社交礼仪教程》、《服务礼仪教程》、《大学生礼仪》等课程。
1989年任教于中国人民大学国际政治系国际政治教研室，1995年任教于中国人民大学国际政治系国际传播教研室，1998年任中国人民大学国际政治系外交学教研室副主任，2000年任中国人民大学国家关系学院外交学系主任，2001年兼任中国人民大学国家关系学院礼仪与公关研究中心主任。

（一）着装的原则
在社交中，着装应遵循以下原则：

这就是说服装应当为体现个人独特的风格服务。年轻人最需注意的就是不要盲目地赶时髦。当流行服装成千上万件地生产出来的时候，往往就淹没了人的个性。同时流行服装既然是流行的，就不可能持续太久，转眼之间又会出现新的流行服装。郑板桥早就说过：在服饰上“切不可趋风气，如扬州人学京师穿衣戴帽，才赶得上，他又变了（《与江宾谷·江禹九书》）。”一个人如能根据自己的个性选择服装，往往更能显示出自身独特的魅力来。台湾作家三毛说得好：“因为我从来不赶时髦，所以我永远都是最时髦的。”
合礼原则
服装还具有着重要的礼仪功能。孔子说：“见人不可不饰。不饰无貌，无貌不敬，不敬无礼，无礼不立。”（《大戴礼·劝学》）就拿美国来说，在一般情况下人们穿着打扮是比较自由的，但是1983年里根在出访欧洲回国时，穿了一套格子西服在电视上发表讲话，却引起了一场轩然大波。因为根据礼仪惯例，美国总统在正式的外交场合应穿显得庄重的黑色礼服，否则就是对人不敬的严重失礼行为。
第二章 仪表礼仪
“TPO”原则
即“时间、地点、场合（目的）”的原则。是日本男装协会1963年提出的。注意服饰在每天的早、日间、晚上三段时间的变化。晚间的宴请，听音乐，看演出，赴舞会一般都比较正视。注意春夏秋冬的不同，夏日穿多太热，会破坏妆色。冬天穿少面色发青、嘴唇发乌，甚至会本能的缩肩、拘背，无俊美可言。注意时代间的差异，过分复古、过分新奇别人会刮目相看，并会与公众拉大心理距离。如在20世纪60年代穿西装革履、涂脂抹粉及在90年代穿补丁夹袄都是很不协调的。
整体性原则
正确的着装，应当基于整体的考虑和精心的搭配。因此，你在着装时，要使各个部分不仅要“自成一体”，还要相互呼应、配合，在整体上尽可能地显得完美、和谐。因此，着装一定要坚持整体性，要恪守服装本身约定俗成的搭配。例如，穿西装时，应配皮鞋，不能穿布鞋、凉鞋、拖鞋、运动鞋。
整洁性原则
不管在什么情况下，你的着装都应整洁，避免肮脏或邋遢。着装要坚持整洁
性，应注意下述四个方面：
着装应当整齐。不允许它又褶又皱，不熨不烫。
着装应当完好。不允许又残又破，乱打补丁。
着装应当干净。不允许又脏又臭，令人生厌。
着装应当卫生。对于各类服装，都要勤于换洗，不允许其存在明显的污渍、油迹、汗味与体臭。
（二）服饰的谐调
所谓着装谐调，是指一个人的穿着要与他的年龄、体形、职业和所处的场合吻合，表现出一种和谐，这样能给人以美感。

在穿着上要注意你的年龄，与年龄相谐调，不管青年人还是老年人，都有权利打扮自己，但是在打扮时要注意，不同年龄的人有不同的穿着要求。年轻人应穿得鲜艳、活泼、随意一些，这样可以充分体现出青年人的朝气和蓬勃向上的青春之美。而中、老年人的着装则要注意庄重、雅致、整洁，体现出成熟和稳重，透出那种年轻人所没有的成熟美。因此，无论你是青年、中年、还是老年，只要你的穿着与年龄相谐调，那么都会使你显出独特的美来。

人生一世，必须交际。任何一个正常人如果打算完全回避人际交往，都是绝对不可能的。
进行交际，需要规则。没有规则，人际交往难免各行其是，难以沟通，难以修成正果。
所谓礼仪，即人际交往的基本规则，是人际交往的行为秩序。其具民族性、地域性和国别性。随国际交融的普势化，礼仪亦日益显其普认性特质。这是人类文明时代性指征。作为社会群落分子的每个人，立足现世尤必具备礼仪和法律两大行为律则。然礼仪侧于道德层面，而法律则重于惩戒层面，亦即前者重自律，后者重他律。
“礼”的含义是尊重。孔子云：“礼者，敬人也。”从本质上讲，“礼”是一项做人的基本道德标准。“礼”所规范的是一个人对待自己、对待别人、对待社会的基本态度。“礼”的基本要求是：每一个人都必须尊重自己、尊重别人，并尊重社会。
每一位现代人都应该尊重自己。一个人不尊重自己，就不会获得别人的尊重。尊重自己的具体要求是：首先，要尊重自身；其次，要尊重自己所从事的职业；最后，则要尊重自己所在的单位。
每一位现代人都应该尊重别人。因为“来而不往，非礼也。”一个人不尊重别人，就难以得到对方的尊重。尊重别人，具体要求往往有所不同：尊重上级，是一种天职；尊重同事，是一种本分；尊重下级，是一种美德；尊重客户，是一种常识；尊重对手，是一种风度；尊重所有人，则是一种做人所应具备的基本教养。
每一位现代人都应该尊重社会。马克思说过：人是社会关系的总和。每一个人都生活于社会。尊重社会，将美化人类自身的生存环境，并有助于人类的最优化发展。尊重社会的具体要求是：首先，要讲究公德；其次，要维护秩序；再次，要保护环境；最后，则要爱国守法。
“仪”的含义则是规范的表达形式。任何“礼”的基本道德要求，都必须借助于规范的、具有可操作特征的“仪”，才能恰到好处地得以表现。就礼仪而言，没有“礼”，便不需要“仪”；没有“仪”，则又难以见识何者为“礼”。
简而言之，所谓礼仪，就是人们用于表现尊重的各种规范的、可操作的具体形式，它普遍适用于各种各样的人际交往；亦人际交往的基本规则。
在现代生活中，人们所讲究的自然是现代礼仪。一般而论，现代礼仪通常具有以下四个基本特征：
其一，普遍性。在任何国家、任何场合、任何人际交往中，人们都必须自觉地遵守礼仪。
其二，规范性。讲究礼仪，必须采用标准化的表现形式，才会获得广泛认可。
其三，对象性。在面对各自不同的交往对象，或在不同领域内进行不同类型的人际交往时，往往需要讲究不同类型的礼仪。
其四，可操作性。在具体运用礼仪时，“有所为”与“有所不为”都有各自具体的、明确的、可操作的方式与方法。
孔子常言：“不学礼，无以立。”在现代生活中，礼仪依旧是每一位现代人不可或缺的基本素养。
学习现代礼仪，首先可以内强素质。在人际交往中，有道德才能高尚，讲礼仪方算文明。学习礼仪，讲究礼仪，无疑会使人们提高自己的内在素质。
学习现代礼仪，其次可以外塑形象。现代礼仪讲究尊重，强调沟通，重视认知，力求互动。得法地运用礼仪，不仅会令自己更易于被他人所接受，而且还会有助于维护自身乃至所在工作单位的良好形象。
学习现代礼仪，最后还可以增进交往。目前，人们已经普遍意识到：在现代社会中要成功、要发展，不但需要智商，而且需要情商。所谓情商，外在表现为一个人的心态如何，内在的本质则是一个人与其他人进行合作的能力。掌握现代礼仪，自然有助于使自己更好地与他人进行合作，并且进而令自己成为受欢迎的人。
作为一名现代人，不学礼，则不知礼。不知礼，则必失礼。。
作为一名现代人，不守礼，则会被他人视为不讲礼。在现代社会中，一个人若被他人视为不讲礼，则往往无人理!
