"The inspiration for this drink came from a dessert I did many years ago. Summertime offers so many incredible seasonal products to look forward to with sweet corn and strawberries as two of my favorites. Fruity and refreshing with just a touch of sweet corn flavor, this drink is a perfect warm weather sipper."

2oz Corn Silk Tea

1.5oz Strawberry Drink

2oz White Strawberry & Coconut Soda

In a glass filled with ice, combine the corn silk tea and strawberry drink. Top with soda. Gently stir with a spoon to combine. Garnish with corn husk and strawberries.

"I’ve always loved herbal flavors, so chrysanthemum tea offers a great backbone to build from. Apple milk provides a nice fruity body with a sharp hint of yuzu for some acidity. This mocktail is beautifully light with bright, herbal flavors."

2oz Chrysanthemum Tea

2oz Apple Milk

1oz Sparkling Yuzu Juice

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add tea and apple milk and shake for 5 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with yuzu juice. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with chrysanthemum flowers.

"On paper this drink may seem a little strange, but the flavors here are extraordinary. A base of rich milk tea brightened with the citron honey tea and topped off with the stunning bread soda creates a light and slightly savory mocktail perfect for any time of day!"

2oz Milk Tea

1 tsp Citron Honey Tea

1oz Bread Fermented Beverage

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add milk tea and citron honey tea and shake for 5 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with bread soda.

"This mocktail takes inspiration from a 'tequila sunrise,' leaving out the alcohol and focusing on the bright, fruity flavors of apricot, raspberry, and lychee. The sunset effect is created by starting with the apricot then adding the raspberry and creating an alluring ombre effect resulting in a refreshing drink as beautiful as it tastes."

Ingredients:

8 fluid ounces Apricot Drink

3 fluid ounces Raspberry Drink

3 fluid ounces Lychee Sparkling Water

Instructions:

1. Fill a highball glass with ice

2. Add the apricot drink.

3. Slowly add the raspberry drink.

4. Top with the lychee sparkling water.

5. Garnish with fresh raspberries and an orange slice.

"With travel being more difficult in recent years, it’s easier to vacation from home. However, if laying by the pool with a tropical drink in your hand is what you crave, then this twist on the pina colada may help. The hibiscus not only adds color, but a subtle floral taste, complementing the coconut and pineapple."

Ingredients:

4 fluid ounces Hibiscus Matcha

4 fluid ounces Canned Coconut Juice

4 fluid ounces Pineapple Drink

2 fluid ounces Pineapple and Sea Salt Sparkling Water

Instructions:

1. Brew Hibiscus Matcha according to the package instructions, cool completely.

2. In a ice filled pint glass add coconut juice, pineapple drink and the hibiscus matcha

3. Seal with metal shaker, and shake to combine

4. Strain into a glass and top with Pineapple Sea Salt Sparkling Water

5. Garnish with edible flowers and candied pineapple.

"On a hot day, there is nothing more refreshing for most people than a cold glass of iced tea. Taking inspiration from the classic pairing of tea with lemon, this drink combines jasmine green tea with yuzu for a beverage refreshing enough to combat the hottest of days. The fresh citrus and mint add to this cooling effect."

Ingredients:

8 fluid ounces Jasmine Green Tea with Honey

2 fluid ounces Yuzu Drink

1 lemon wedge

1 orange wedge

2-3 Fresh Mint Leaves

Instructions:

1. In a pint glass muddle the mint, lemon, and orange.

2. Add Yuzu Drink and Jasmine Tea and ice.

3. Take a metal shaker and slide on to pint glass, ensuring a tight seal, shake to combine.

4. In a highball glass with ice, strain in the tea mixture

For a sparkling version, stop pouring ¼ from the top of the glass and finish with Sparkling Yuzu Drink.

1. Brew oolong tea and freeze it into ice cubes.

2. Blend tea ice cubes and peach juice in a blender.

3. Put cold half & half and sweetener into a French press. Place lid and move the plunger up and down.

4. Pour slush and cold foam into a glass and enjoy!

1. Brew a tea bag you like and add mix it with sugar and konjac jelly.

2. Boil instant boba.

3. Place the tea jelly in the bottom of a glass, add boba and fermented sweet rice and top it with cold foam.

1. Mix 3/2 cup of pineapple juice and 1/3 cup of sparkling yogurt drink!

2. Add ice cubes for more refreshing taste!

1. Place 3 table spoons of black sesame paste cream in the bottom of a glass.

2. Add ice cubes and milk/oat milk into the glass.

3. Mix the super instant coffee with 1/4 cup of water and pour it in the glass.

4. Mix 1/4 cup of whipped cream with sugar and black sesame powder and put it on top of the glass.

1. Boil 1 oz of brown sugar and 1/4 water in a small saucepan over medium heat.

2. Stir in the butter and sea salt. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

3. Add 1/4 cup of the mixture and one can of non-alcoholic beer into a glass.

Whip heavy whipping cream and one table spoon of the brown sugar mixture until it forms stiff peaks.

Top the beer with this whipped cream.

1. Brew oolong tea bag, add diced peach and konjac jelly. Wait until it's solidified.

2. Place peach tea jelly in the bottom of a glass, and top it with yuzu soda.

1. Add gelatin into warm oolong tea and wait until it's solidified.

2. Add diced strawberries and almond milk drink.

3. Finish with a milk foam topping!

1. Tea base: Brew one thai tea bag, and add a mixture of coconut cream and coconut milk.

2. Milk pudding: boil some milk with sugar and add konjac powder.

1. Simply pour one of the peach capsule coffee and ice cubes into diet peach sparkling water.

2. Pour cold foam or milk foam on top of iced coffee.

3. Optional: Add mini marshmallows or Oreo as a topping!
