1.5oz Strawberry Drink
2oz White Strawberry & Coconut Soda
In a glass filled with ice, combine the corn silk tea and strawberry drink. Top with soda. Gently stir with a spoon to combine. Garnish with corn husk and strawberries.

1oz Sparkling Yuzu Juice
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add tea and apple milk and shake for 5 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with yuzu juice. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with chrysanthemum flowers.

Ingredients:
8 fluid ounces Apricot Drink
3 fluid ounces Raspberry Drink
3 fluid ounces Lychee Sparkling Water
Instructions:
1. Fill a highball glass with ice
2. Add the apricot drink.
3. Slowly add the raspberry drink.
4. Top with the lychee sparkling water.
5. Garnish with fresh raspberries and an orange slice.

The hibiscus not only adds color, but a subtle floral taste, complementing the coconut and pineapple."
Ingredients:
4 fluid ounces Hibiscus Matcha
4 fluid ounces Canned Coconut Juice
4 fluid ounces Pineapple Drink
2 fluid ounces Pineapple and Sea Salt Sparkling Water
Instructions:
1. Brew Hibiscus Matcha according to the package instructions, cool completely.
2. In a ice filled pint glass add coconut juice, pineapple drink and the hibiscus matcha
3. Seal with metal shaker, and shake to combine
4. Strain into a glass and top with Pineapple Sea Salt Sparkling Water
5. Garnish with edible flowers and candied pineapple.

Ingredients:
8 fluid ounces Jasmine Green Tea with Honey
2 fluid ounces Yuzu Drink
1 lemon wedge
1 orange wedge
2-3 Fresh Mint Leaves
Instructions:
1. In a pint glass muddle the mint, lemon, and orange.
2. Add Yuzu Drink and Jasmine Tea and ice.
3. Take a metal shaker and slide on to pint glass, ensuring a tight seal, shake to combine.
4. In a highball glass with ice, strain in the tea mixture
For a sparkling version, stop pouring ¼ from the top of the glass and finish with Sparkling Yuzu Drink.

1. Boil 1 oz of brown sugar and 1/4 water in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2. Stir in the butter and sea salt. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
3. Add 1/4 cup of the mixture and one can of non-alcoholic beer into a glass.
Whip heavy whipping cream and one table spoon of the brown sugar mixture until it forms stiff peaks.
Top the beer with this whipped cream.
